TRUST [_SETTLOR_] (hereafter "the Settlor") hereby creates the [_Trust_] , and conveys to the trust all of his right, title and interest in and to the following described property: [_Trust_Property_] it being his intention that such property, together with any other property given to the trust by the Settlor or others, be administered as the property of the [_Trust_] , in accordance with this instrument. 2. [_BANK_] and any successor trustee shall be held harmless from any liability in connection with administration of this trust, except liability for loss caused by breach of the duty of loyalty to the trust or bad faith breach of trust. [_BANK_] and any successor trustee shall be entitled to receive reasonable compensation out of trust property, and shall render such accounting as is required by law. 3. REVOCABILITY The Settlor reserves the right to amend or revoke this trust, or any portion of it, at any time by authentic act. After the death of the Settlor, [_WIFE_] shall have the right to revoke the trust, or any portion of it, any time by authentic act. Any amendment or revocation shall be effective immediately upon delivery of the amending or revoking act to the trustee. 4. BENEFICIARY The Settlor shall be sole income and principal beneficiary of the trust during his lifetime, and his interest shall be subject to voluntary alienation. After the death of the Settlor, [_WIFE_] shall be the sole income and principal beneficiary. Income shall be distributed not less frequently than quarterly. 5. TERM This trust shall terminate upon the death of the survivor of the Settlor and [_WIFE_] , if not previously revoked.
