DIVORCE It is agreed and understood that this Agreement finally settles all rights of the parties and t he property jointly or individually owned by the parties, and that this Agreement shall be incorporated into judgment of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, The Trial Court, The Probate and Family Court Department, ________ Division, Cause Number __________ _____.
