Of my attorney-in-fact under this limited power of attorney, including, but not limited to, the filing of all records (bills, deeds, mortgages, liens, bonds, deeds of trust, etc.) pursuant to this agreement including (but not limited to: the making, recording, acknowledgment and delivery of any mortgage, deed, mortgage note, or other instrument; the making, recording and acknowledgment and delivery of all deeds, mortgages, liens, mortgage notes, or other instruments; the recording and acknowledgment by any person of any record, mortgage, deed, mortgage note, or other instrument; the making, recording, acknowledgment and delivery of all leases, assignments, mortgage deeds, mortgages, liens, bonds, mortgages, deeds of trust, deeds of release and other instruments; and the granting and issue of any stock, common stock, bonds, and certificates under this agreement including (but not limited to) (a) the making, recording, acknowledgment and delivery of any bond, pledge, lien, or other evidence of obligation; and (b) the making, recording, acknowledgment and delivery of all deeds, mortgages, liens, or other evidence of obligation, or (c) the granting and issue of stock, common stock, bonds, and certificates in my name which I may issue in accordance with this agreement, including for such purpose, any mortgage, deed, mortgage note, or other instrument recorded by my agent or in her name, shall be deemed and held to be duly executed, acknowledged and delivered by it, and shall have all the force and effect of and be fully binding upon the party hereto named hereby, in all respects except the validity of the signature.
