IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI       APPELLANTS VS. No.             APPELLEE MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF REBUTTAL BRIEF Comes now the Appellants,       , in the above styled and numbered cause and moves the Court for additional time in which to file their rebuttal brief and request that the Appellants be allowed until       to file said brief and in support of said motion would show unto the Court as follows: 1. Appellants’ attorney at the time the Appellee's brief was filed had an extremely heavy schedule which interfered with the Appellants’ attorney’s work on the rebuttal brief in this cause. 2. In additional to heavy schedule, the Appellants’ attorney has been in the midst of a move to       which fell within the       days allowed to prepare a rebuttal briefing in this manner. 3. Appellants’ attorney has consulted with the attorney for Appellee that no injustice would result from Appellants receiving additional time in which to fill their rebuttal brief. The attorney for Appellee has no objections set additional time, and will if necessary, so advise the court. 4. The additional time requested by the Appellants will not result in any prejudice to the Appellees and would delay justice. 5. The Appellants move the court to suspend Rule 16 of the Mississippi Supreme Court Rules and consider this motion without brief in support of said motion.
