The respondent is specifically prohibited from doing the following:       (Harassment is defined as: (a) Strikes, shoves, kicks or otherwise subjects the person to physical contact; engages in an act that would constitute abuse under § 48.02(1); sexual assault under §940.225, or stalking under §940.32; or attempts or threatens to do same. (b) Engages in a course of conduct or repeatedly commits acts which harass or intimidate the person and which serve no legitimate purpose.) THIS ORDER IS IN EFFECT UNTIL THE INJUNCTION HEARING IS HELD. Violation of this order shall result in immediate arrest and is punishable by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or a fine not to exceed $1,000, or both, and payment of filing and services fees. If an injunction is issued, the judge or court commissioner may order the respondent not to possess a firearm while the injunction is in effect. This injunction is entitled to full faith and credit in every civil or criminal court of the United States or any other state, or Indian tribal courts (to the extent such tribal courts have personal jurisdiction over non tribal members).
