- 1 - OPTION TO PURCHASE ADDENDUM TO RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT This Option to Purchase Addendum to Residential Lease Agreement is entered into by and between ________________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor", and ________________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as "Lessee".
