Petitioner filed therewith the original of said instrument for probate and presented to the Court the original, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part thereof as if fully copied therein, for determination as the true Last Will and Testament of________ and for the probate of said instrument in solemn form. That in the interest of preserving the assets of the estate and commencing administration, the Petitioner be appointed as Executor and temporary Letters Testamentary issued; and that formal appraisement and bond be waived.
