This adoption agreement is intended to be interpreted and interpreted by the judge having jurisdiction of the adoption, as in all adoption proceedings, without regard to the consent of the adoptive parent, or the consent of any other person, whether person to whom the child is then or will ever be returned, or any person named pursuant to any provision of the laws of the place of adoption.
