Thomas verbally abused a female employee multiple times, with statements such as “you f faggots look ridiculous" or "you f faggots will not be welcome” after she had attempted to help a female employee to locate a replacement printer. She also threatened her with jail time if she did not comply with his demands. Thomas also repeatedly called the female employee “a " when she declined to answer his questions. Thomas also told your employees that he was going to call the police if she did not leave his vicinity. Additionally, on 12/19/2012, Thomas and a number of other employees at our company, were caught in the act of sexual harassment. Thomas admitted to having sexual relations with a 17-year-old female employee of your company after she called during her lunch hour to request a computer repair. Your company's chief office technician, Chris staubert, and a male, david anderson, attempted to coerce a female employee, Erin vann, into having sexual relations with him. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that Chris staubert was the primary perpetrator of harassment and sexual relations against Erin vann. Chris staubert was fired immediately. In the course of this investigation, it was noted that a number of other male employees were also involved in the sexual acts mentioned within this email.
