Paycheck stubs or other documents verifying your wages, salary, bonuses, and commissions for the last eighteen (18) months. 2. Copies of any financial statements prepared by you or on your behalf during the last two (2) years. 3. Income tax returns for the years and , including all schedules and attachments and W2 forms. 4. Such records as will show all securities owned by the Defendant, including, but not limited to, stocks, limited partnerships, bonds, debentures, by name of issuer, certificate number, number of shares, cost or offering memoranda, subscription agreements, appraisal reports, offers to buy or sell such securities and current values. 5. Copies of each and every bank statement, brokerage statement, money market statement, or - 2 - other period statement for any type of deposit account or any such account in which you have had an interest or authority to sign on from January to the present.
