 sheri  the clerk of court or any person on the person in loco u to perform such duties. The sheriff's notice to remove the defendant(s) and their property is valid for one month. The court may order a continuance for a specific period and may also order the sheriff to remove the premises as specified pursuant to this order and to make proper return as stated above. The sheriff shall notify the plaintiff by certified mail at the address below to remove all the defendant(s) and their property by the date indicated in the notice or the sheriff shall be deemed to have vacated the premises by the date indicated in the notice. The sheriff shall remove the claimant's property within the time specified to the court. If the sheriff fails to remove all the property within the time period, the sheriff shall be deemed to have vacated the premises by the date indicated in the notice and shall be ordered to restore the premises and the claimant and their property to the place for which they were last ordered removed by the court. In the event any claim is filed against a mobile home prior to the expiration of the notice period, this notice shall apply for a period of 30 days (not to exceed 90 days at a time) prior to the deadline for filing a claim against said mobile home and the claimant may continue to live in a mobile home until the expiration of the specified notice period. If the claimant fails to remove the defendant(s)' property and the mobile home fails to be removed within 60 days following the expiration of the notice period, the claim may be filed against such mobile home. The sheriff shall remove both the claimant's property and mobile home within the time specified to the court and the sheriff shall return the claimant's property and mobile home to the court if no claim for a mobile home is filed against the mobile home. Any person who violates any portion of this writ of restitution shall be liable for payment of all actual damages plus attorney fees incurred in connection with the action as well as the cost of filing such action. This court may provide for appropriate attorney fees and costs not to exceed the actual compensation paid to the plaintiff. The sheriffs of the county may enforce the writ of restitution. Any notice of action, action for temporary restraining or for restitution, complaint, summons and process issued by this court shall be conclusive evidence of service within the meaning of this section. Any order obtained by a defendant pursuant to this writ of restitution or as a result of a court issued restraining order by the court may be enforced pursuant to the domestic.
