License of Property for Advertising by use of a Wall of a Building Agreement made this the ____ day of __________, 20___, between ______________________________ of ____________________________________ (address) hereinafter referred to as A Licensor, @ and ____________________________________ (Grantee) of ______________________________ (address) , a corporation organized under the laws of _____________________ (state) , hereinafter referred to as A Licensee. @ 1. Licensor hereby licenses and permits Licensee to use, for the purposes expressed in this Agreement, the entire ____________________ (northern/southern, etc.) wall of that certain building owned by Licensor, known as the __________________________ Building, and located at _______________________________________________ (address). Licensor represents that he is the owner of the above - described property and has authority to grant this license. 2. For and in consideration of the license, Licensee shall pay to Licensor $______________ per month in advance of the first day of each month, beginning _______________ (date). 3. This license shall commence on _______________ (date) and shall continue until terminated by Licensor as provided in this Agreement. 4. Licensee shall indemnify Licensor against all claims for damage to property or injury to third persons resulting or arising from the use of said wall by Licensee or its employees 8. This license shall terminate on the giving of _____ days written notice by Licensor, and Licensee shall thereupon remove all improvements placed on the roof by Licensee. If the license terminates on a date other than the last day of a month, Licensor shall refund to licensee any payment made in advance by Licensee for any period beyond the term of the license.
