Fill and Sign the Proposed Amendment Fails to Defeat Summary Judgment Form

IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI and vs. NO. and ORDER THIS MATTER came before the plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Motion to Amend. The Court, having jurisdiction of the parties and finds that the plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment should be in part, that the defendants' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment should be denied in part and granted in part, and that the defendants' Motion to Amend should be granted.
