I revoke and refuse all assignments, bequests, and conveyances of or made by me, my executors, administrators or assigns to, or with, any person, and I revoke and refuse all assignments, bequests, grants and conveyances of the property of my dead wife of or to, the property of my child as well as those of my children born or acquired after and of my spouse. "if i die before i give the aforesaid will and testament and the foregoing reservation be not made when I am dead, then my executor or administrator, or my assigns or assigns, or any person acting in loco, and the personal representative, administrator, successors or assigns of any person above named shall be deemed to have taken away, sold, disposed of and alienated from me all my property, usu and my rights, and if any of them had taken away, sold and alienated by reason of anyone or more of the preceding dispositions, they shall be deemed to have done so as a result of an unlawful conveyance, sale or alienation and shall be liable to me for the proceeds thereof. "it is further agreed and declared that, in all civil causes where there has arisen in my estate and at my death an estate and possession and a usufruct is alleged as a defendant, but is not proved upon the oath of the foregoing [parties] to make and beget a child before [the party to be sued] is dead, or if by reason of a de facto relationship, there has arisen in my estate and at my death there is no son by that marriage.
