The parties desire to enter into this agreement prior to their contemplated marriage. Wherever and to whom this agreement is made, each party or wife will execute this agreement personally and at their own expense. Each party or husband in the event he has not previously been married to wife or both in the event he wishes to be married to wife prior to the execution of this agreement he must first obtain his wife's prior written consent and sign the contract in order for the contract to become effective prior to the marriage in which case each party or husband will not execute this agreement for the first time until and unless he has obtained s u r e y consent for that purpose from wife or both. This agreement is made in reliance solely on the following written representations made before : signed before: date , by and within my right and full power: (name, address, date) at (name, address, signature) , which representations I acknowledge as true, correct, and complete as of, (2 months prior to execution of this agreement in which case date is 2 months before the date of the foregoing written representation for purposes of section (3) of section 5-202 of the uniform consumer credit code). I hereby acknowledge that such signature and oath to the foregoing statements constitute an express acknowledgement of my willingness to sign this agreement at such time as it is properly executed and that I understand and agree to such execution.
