1 RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:that the undersigned _________________________ for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto the __________, whose post office address is __________, Georgia, the right and privilege to go in, upon, along and over, that lot or parcel of land, situated, lying and being in _________________________ District of County of _________________________ State of _________________________, and more particularly described as follows: a tract of land approximately _______ acres in area, located __________ miles from the town of ____________________________ bounded as follows:_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________together with the right to construct, operate and maintain continuously upon said lands, it's lines for transmitting electric current, with poles, wires and other necessary apparatus and appliances, together with the right at all times to enter upon said lands and premises for the purpose of inspecting said lines, making repairs, renewals, alterations and extensions thereon, thereto or therefrom; together with the right to cut away and keep clear of said lines all trees and other obstructions that may now or hereafter in any way interfere or be likely to interfere with the proper operation of said lines. Any timber cut on said lands by or for said __________ shall remain the property of the owner of said timber. It is distinctly understood and agreed that the right of way shall be 25 feet on each side of the power line.In granting this easement it is understood that at pole location only a single pole and appurtenance will be used, and that the location of the pole will be such as to form the least possible interference to farm operations, so long as it does not materially increase the cost of construction.
