IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI PLAINTIFFVERSUS CIVIL ACTION NO. DEFENDANT TEMPORARY ORDER THIS CAUSE came on for hearing this day during vacation of this Court, before the Special Master, upon the sworn Motion for Temporary Relief filed herein by the Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant, , and upon the Motion for Temporary Relief filed herein by the Defendant/Counter -Claimant, , as contained in his/her sworn Answer And Counterclaim, and the Court, having read and considered said Motions and pleadings have heard and considered testimony in open Court by the parties in support of their respective Motions, as well as testimony by Plaintiff/Counter -Defendant's witness in Court, is of the opinion and so finds that this Court has jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the subject matter herein, and further finds that each party is entitled to certain temporary relief prayed for in their respective Motions as hereinafter provided.IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff/Counter- Defendant, , and Defendant/Counter -Claimant, , be, and they shall be entitled to the temporary and exclusive use and possession of the home of the parties from o'clock a.m./p.m. on until o'clock a.m./p.m. on . In the event Defendant/Counter-Claimant's required National Guard training schedule conflicts with the weekend visitation schedule set forth, the next available weekend shall be substituted for the purposes of weekend visitation by the minor children of the parties.Defendant shall pay ($ ) per month for the temporary support and maintenance of Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant and the minor children of the parties. Said funds shall first be utilized by Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant in providing adequate and sufficient supplies of food and toiletries for the home on a weekly basis for the benefit of Defendant/Counter-Claimant, Plaintiff/ Counter-Defendant and the minor children, with any remaining sums to be utilized by Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant for the purchase of Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant's personal gasoline and in meeting miscellaneous expenses of Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant and the minor children while in his/her care, custody and control. Said sum shall be due and payable by Defendant/Counter-Claimant, , unto Plaintiff/Counter- Defendant, , ( ) on the ( ) and ( ) on the ( ) day of each month, commencing , .
