The parties have signed a Separation and Property Settlement Agreement dealing with all facets of the dissolution, including (but not limited to) visitation, custody and support of children, and division of property, assets and debts. Said Agreement is attached hereto as “Exhibit A” and incorporated herein by reference. 10. Each party should attend and complete the two-hour course entitled Divorce Education for Parents, as required by law. A copy of the Notice is attached to this Complaint as “Exhibit B” and incorporated herein by this reference. YOU MUST SERVE A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THE DEFENDANT Petitioner and Respondent are required by law to attend a course entitled Divorce Education for Parents. Parties must take the course within 45 days of receiving this notice. Both Petitioner and Respondent must complete this course before their divorce will be granted. Parents may attend the course separately or together. Please do not bring children to the class. The course is offered in several areas of the state at various times each month. No one will be allowed in the class after the first 15 minutes. If you are late, you will need to reschedule a time to attend another class. Payment for the class must be made before the class begins. The fee for the course is $35.00 per person. If you are unable to pay the cost of the course, you may file at the court an Affidavit of Impecuniosity regarding your financial status and bring a copy of that affidavit to class showing proof of filing. No one will be allowed in the class without either payment or an Affidavit.
