What is the most ridiculous reason for which you have been fired?
Because of various learning and sensory processing difficulties, I never learned to touch type. I also never got beyond 4th grade arithmetic, but because my IQ test scores were high, I was told to take college bound courses in high school and not to bother learning to type. So of course in college, I lost many a night’s sleep typing my papers by hunt and peck and slipping them under the prof’s door at 6 am.I barely made it through a small women’s college with a useless liberal arts degree. With only a BA, I could not even teach high school. With the poor grades I got I could not go on to grad school. So, I was out in the cold cruel world trying to get a ‘real’ job. If I applied for file clerk, they would say: ‘But you are too highly educated for that job!’ If I applied for secretarial work they would ask: ‘How fast can you type, dear?’ My top speed was thirty words per minute, which did not suit them at all.Eventually I learned to lie about my education and only admit to having high school or maybe a two year AA (associate’s degree). Then I was able to apply for all kinds of jobs. Because I was very smart, I learned a lot of things and worked in many different kinds of businesses and industries. Because my family had disowned me in disgust for not graduating with honors and not getting scholarships into grad school, and because I could not type, I felt free to explore the non-academic, blue collar and labor fields.I worked as a gardener, as a landscaper, in a plant nursery, as a janitor, a housekeeper, a nanny, a nurse’s aide, in a nursing home, in home health care, as a switchboard operator, receptionist at everything from a car dealership to an oil drilling company to a brokerage to a law firm, an opinion research interviewer, mailroom, order desk, inventory, light assembly, motel maid, dishwasher, prep chef, banquet server. I learned how to shrink wrap a pallet of stacked cardboard boxes, how to prepare and sort bulk mailings, how to move irrigation pipe lines, how to answer 800 calls a day on 35 incoming lines, how to operate the fax machine, the stamping machine, the copiers: mimeograph, thermofax, the scanners, OCR and PDF. I used the pruning hook, the pruning saw, the hand clippers. the lopping shears, the weeder, the trowel the power mower and the old push mower. I drove a landscaper’s truck with trailer, I drove U-Haul trucks of various sizes, I drove golf carts, a small tractor, a riding mower, and a taxi. The longest I worked one job was two years. Most of the jobs were just temp or part time or seasonal. Because of my intelligence I could learn quickly, but I also got bored soon. In spite of my intelligence and college education, I found I enjoyed labor, blue collar work much more than office work. My favorite was gardening, whether working in the plant nursery transplanting, weeding, irrigating, or pruning trees and shrubs and removing invasive weeds and suckers. I developed some good muscles doing gardening and landscape maintenance. However, the same disabilities that kept me from succeeding in school or in office work also gave me various physical problems, especially with my joints. Basically, by the time I was in my fifties, my elbows, knees and shoulders were giving out.At this time I learned that the state I lived in gave periodic general clerical aptitude tests to qualify applicants for various levels of positions in the state offices. I felt it was time to ‘settle down’ and earn a little retirement pension. So I took the state exam for administrative assistant level I non-keyboarding. I was so glad that they had non-keyboarding positions available, and I had great hopes of moving up in the ranks because I was a good worker with positive references and with a lot of varied experience and skills, just not typing (keyboarding).Soon I was called in to work as receptionist and as assistant to the assistant of the head of a particular Department. My work pleased the big boss, but not my immediate supervisor, so I was sent to another department where I had five bosses. Each one brought me new projects every day. These people expected me to turn out documents on a few hours’ notice using software and programs to which I had only had one day’s introduction and no chance to use or practice them. Besides, I was too slow because of my non-keyboarding.One day one of my bosses brought me some excel spreadsheets and said he wanted them converted into graphs and put into a flyer for his program. When I asked him what style of graphs he wanted, he would not say. When I asked him what colors he wanted me to use, he would not say. When I asked him what font he wanted the labels in he would not say. I made several versions of the flyer, but he kept rejecting each one, and refusing to tell me what was wrong. The next morning I was called into a meeting with all the five bosses and my manager, and they launched into me. There were other complaints relating to my ‘aspie’ behaviors and demeanor which I had not yet become aware of and had not yet diagnosed, but the biggest complaint was: ‘You don’t know how we want our flyers and other materials designed. We have a consistent department style and you don’t know what it is!’ At this even my manager saw their unreasonableness and said: ‘Of course she doesn’t know, because you have not shown her!’ In spite of her defense I was let go from that department, but perhaps because of her defense of me I was only sent to another state agency and not completely fired, yet.In the other agency I was placed into a non-typing receptionist and filing position, or so I thought. Then one day there was a phone call from outside asking about a position that was to come open soon. The next day my boss called me and told me to stay home. Unfortunately, I was already on the bus when she called. Then I was not allowed to go to my desk, while she was interviewing the new applicant. Then there was a meeting of the department in which my boss announced that my position was NOT NON-KEYBOARDING! Then I was taken to HR and terminated and set out in the street with a box of my office supplies! So, basically, I was fired because the bosses at the state offices did not know how to read their own Human Resources codes and job descriptions. They made it MY fault that THEY did not know that I was NON-KEYBOARDING! They fired me and did not even give me a chance to apply for another NON-KEYBOARDING position, perhaps in the mailroom.

How was your UPSC (CSE) interview 2018?
I was feeling good when I left for UPSC, I was confident to get questions on women empowerment as it was 8th March(the international women's day).I signNowed UPSC, entered the main hall, submitted my phone, went and sat on the table assigned to me and then the supervisor said all off you take out your photographs!F********kkkkk!!!!! I f**ked up real bad.I realised that in all of the excitement I had forgotten my photographs at home.I called my dad, he ran to home, my little brother ran from home to meet my father midway. The biggest stress was that my wish of giving the interview first in the session had come true!!!And I didn't know should I be happy that my wish came true or should I blame myself for making a stupid wish!!!But somehow GOD was with me and my dad brought the photographs. At the same instant I entered the hall with my photographs, a lady entered the hall and asked my supervisor - is your first candidate ready. He looked at me, I nodded and then he smiled and nodded to the lady.Just after 2 minutes I was taken outside AIR MARSHALL AJIT BHOSLE SIR's board room. The attendant asked me - sir, would you like to have water or something else. That 'Sir' calmed me down instantly and took a gulp of water. The bell rang, I went inside.Wished the chairman and the other members.Bhosle sir asked me to sit and started some words of praise to make me comfortable.Ch(chairman) M(member)Ch - Dhruv you are suitable candidate for the services, well built well dressed and with good qualification( I was like thank you sir , thank you sir) , now with a line of questions we'll affirm our faith so be comfortable and take out the pencil and paper.Ch - today is a important day, what day is celebrated today internationally?I said international women's dayWhy is it celebrated?Me - to Honor and pay tribute to women for all they have done for the society and move forward in our pursuit towards their empowerment. What do you mean by empowerment?A freedom of choice in every domain be it marriage or career, equality in every sphere of like ranging from politics to economy to household.Ch- Indian cricket team is on a winning spree and people say it's because of the captain, What do you think? (Not my hobby)Me - the captain brings leadership, gameplan strategy as well as in current scenario the required aggression however it works only if the team is committed to his leadership and gives its 100% so I think team is as important as the captain is.So you say team is important too?Yes definitely.M1 : what are the security challenges for India as nation?Me - first and foremost and biggest challenge is the act of terrorism by non state actorsInterrupted in between- what are non state actors?Me - organisations separate from state and having a different agenda, for which they adopt methods that may include violenceM1 - Don't you think Pakistan uses the excuse of non state actors to perpetuate terrorism and achieve its own agenda?Yes sir you are right, however theres a complexity in Pakistan's structure of power where there are two power centres a democratically elected government and the military, and both work independent of each other so on one hand where military and ISI support terrorist and on the other govt. Is incapable of doing anything about it.M1 - If you are the DM of a district facing high incidence of stone pelting what would you do to reduce such instances within 6 months?Me - Sir as you mentioned the time is limited, I would reduce the amount of army personnel stationed in the volatile districts as stone pelters have problem with the army and removing them from the immediate neighbourhood just for a while will reduce such incidents, secondly to complement this effort I will increase the presence of state police to keep up the surveillance and vigilanceWhat's AFSPA?Me - sir it's an extraordinary tool for extraordinary situations as in J&kWhat do mean by extraordinary situation?Me - sir when terrorism is deep rooted in a society and the stakeholders have strong grip on the community, it is extraordinaryM1 - There is lot of migration to cities like Delhi which leads to huge pressure on infrastructure, what do you say is the right approach to solve this problem?Me - sir I think the solution lies in developing both the cities and the villages as well as the tier 1 and tier 2 cities so that we can divert migration towards other cities from metros, secondly we should further improve the capacity of the present infrastructure in the metro citiesM2 - did you watch the yesterday's match ( referring to Juventus vs Tottenham)Me- sir are you talking about real Madrid vs PSGHe said no Juventus one( I hadn't so I said no , he told me the score then)Who is your favourite goalkeeper and why?Me - Manuel Neuer he plays for Germany and Bayern MunichTell me Dhruv, the role of psu in India after independence.Me - sir public sector units have helped us deliver services and goods to citizens of lower strata and upper strata in a equality and help our country go forth with the development and growth in a planned mannerDon't you think they outlived their utility in today's world? It's not true for all of them however psus dealing in services such as MTNL and BSNL have, as they are in present scenario huge loss making companies, on the other hand PSUs like ongc and cil have had a huge success and should carry on to workM2 - But these organisations have mandate to serve the poor man and operate in remote location where private sectors don't naturally operate so won't it be unfair to just compare private and public sector on the scale of balance sheet?Me - sir I agree that they have inclusive mandate however a company needs to make profits to be sustainable apart form that these companies suffer from losses not because of the mandate but because of the approach they have towards the market, they lack R&d, market research and required work culture as well as the infrastructure which private companies bring to the marketM2 - So AIIMS and Apolo hospital should seen through same parameters?Me - sir health and telecom sector are completely different in today's India, India is one of the most developed country in terms of telecom, where as we are even behind Bangladesh in terms of health parameters so comparing PSUs with health establishment would very unfairM3 - so Dhruv, talking about empowerment, we often say empowerment is coequivalent to access to information, do you agree?Me - mam, empowerment is a very broad domain and an end to achieve which there are several means, access to information is one of them which in a simpler terms can be called as education. So yes access to information is important to achieve empowerment but there is a need to combine other aspects too.M3 - I see that you did your 12th in 2009 and graduated in 2014, was theres a year gap and why?Me - smiling, mam I tried to get into IITs so gave myself another chance to achieve that goalM4- how old is women's day?Me - sir it was first celebrated in 1908 in USA so I would say 110 yearsWhat was USA's role in International women's day?Me - I am sorry sir I am not aware of that.( He said USA declared 8th March as international women's day in 1975)M4 - how many islands are there in JapanMe - sorry sir I have no idea because there might be thousands.M4 - right, there are 6852 islands in total.M4 - when was nuclear bomb dropped on Japan.Me - sir 1945.M4 - so Japan must have suffered a huge setback in economy and development ( I nodded), and India got independence in 1947, so how come Japan has signNowed such heights and India has lagged behind.Me - sir, I think a comparison between Japan and India would be unfair at many levels, as Japan was very much developed much before the second world war happened and that was the reason why it could become a direct participant in the war, secondly it was not a exploited colony like India which had a huge colonial legacy of poverty exploitation and underdevelopment. India had very little avenues to exploit resources and suffered continuous attacks from neighbours, plus having a closed economy till 1991 also slowed down growth to a certain extent, hence I don't think we can compare Japan and India in terms of performance.M4 - Tell me three things you didn't like about the budget?Me- sir the spending on education and health is really sub-par apart from that I think the budget was goodHe said that the government also didn't come through with providing farmers with more minimum support prices, I said that sir I as per my knowledge the government has gone through with that and has come up with a formula to provide for greater prices to farmers, then he moved on to next question. You have to build a reservoir in a area where a very ancient temple stands which is dear to the residents of the area, how will you proceed?Me - sir religion is very emotional topic for people of our country, and as you said the temple is ancient so I am sure there must be sentiments attached to the temple, so I my first priority will be to persuade the people and explain them the benefits of a reservoir, and come up with a middle approach of shifting the temple or the idols in it, if even that doesn't materialise and the political will is also with the people I think we would have to relocate the reservoir. He said can't we raise the temple by pillars and build a reservoir around it, I said if technologically possible then why not, it would be the best strategy.( He and I both started grinning)Ch- why don't you write Sharma after your name? Why is it just dhruv?I said, sir my mother and father both share the same first name and once I get successful I want to join there name after my name as a token of respect and gratitude so I removed Sharma from my name in 10th class to constantly remind myself of my end goal and promise( he and the lady member looked really impressed by the answer)You are interested in astronomy and also your name is Dhruv, so tell me Why pole star called pole star?Sir because it's constant and is situated right above north pole , however it does move but very very slowlyCh - Oh, so after some time the current pole star won't be the one above north pole?Yes sir, after thousands of year, another star would take its place.Ch - So right now it's exactly above north pole?No sir not exactly, the declination is about 1 degree apart from the true position of North poleCh - Dhruv you are the goalie and penalty shootout is going on, with score of 4-4, it's the last penalty and you are defending, the shooter can shoot with both legs, what would be your approach?Me - I said won't do what I have done in the first 4 defends as I didn't stop the goals( to this he laughed a bit, and asked but what next)I said sir I think following the basics would be the best approach as there is nothing extraordinary I can do at that moment, I would look into the strikers eyes and stretch my arms to intimidate the striker.Ch - hmm, good enough.Thank you, your interview is over. All the best and have a good day!!And I moved out of the room, smiling to everyone who saw me on the way.Went outside, and hugged my father and went back to home. And that's how the day went. Thanks for reading.

What is the current status of the F-INSAS?
The earlier F-INSAS was an Infantry modernisation programme. More precisely it was created to make our infantry face not just the modern warfare but also the future warfare which will be short, intense and more importantly information and network centric. To put it in short: the side with more situational awareness wins. Add to it more precise and advanced weapon system. It was launched in lines of the USA’s “Future Soldier or Future Combat Systems” and Russia’s “RATNIK”. Though motto of all programmes were the same. Both USA’s and India’s programme were cancelled or more precisely streamlined. Till now each of the country involved in such projects are still in designing phase or at the verge of cancellation due to cost over runs. Hence, as of now no country has actually fielded their FUTURE SOLDIER concept on the actual battlefield. In this answer i will be answering only about India.Contents:HistoryProblems:Current ScenariosProbable Fututre ScenariosImmidiate Solutions by GovernmentLong terms solutions: Includes ongoing researches and probable suggestionsHISTORY:The programme was started in 2005 with a deadline of 2020.Motto was to do complete make over of the long neglected Infantryman,Pictorially explainedTo convert this:To This(or something closer): This is actual motto if i actually consider the requirements without any compromise on any point.Later in 2015 the project was converted into two projects to keep costs at check and proper management:Infantry soldier modernisationBattlefield Management SystemPROBLEMS:Current Problems:Replacing the old weapon systems mainly the soviet based.Upgrading the not so old platforms to take up the challenge of future mainly in the western and north-eastern fronts.Better small arms, armor and health care .Future Problems: The “current problems” part can be solved with imports but the future calls for strong indigenous efforts from public-private-academia-MSMEs and above all army itself through it’s Army Design Beurau. Strong R&D efforts have to be given by all the above mentioned otherwise we shall be trapped in never ending RFIs and Tenders and TOTs which are time consuming, prone to corruptions and delays. This includes following:Better small arms: Includes strong research on MEMS, Material science and Manufacturing.Optics and Sensors: Computer science, Electronics and AI.Armors: Material Science and Manufacturing. No not Kevlar but future of armor lies in nano-science and Composites.Battlefield Health management: Bio medical science. The health of the soldier should be monitored and emergecy survival equipments.Artificial Intelligence: Name is enough to explain it all.NetworkingNano technology: Obviously when you so many sensors , weapons and armor plus battle load hanging on your body every things need to be light enough to let the soldier carry evey other thing needed.Food related research: Long lasting food items. Portable Cooking and preserving equipments. Sounds funny and naive right? NO it is not. You can’t fight long enough without proper nutrition and water.IMMEDIATE SOLUTIONS BY GOVERNMENT :Procurement of new Battle Rifles instead of Assault rifles as standard weapons. RFI underway.Procurement of carbines. RFI underway.Procurement of sniper rifles. RFI underway.Procurement ofAnti Material Rifle. RFI underway.Procurement of Bulletproof jackets from TATA. Further funding another BPJ development programme on an innovation by Indian scientist Mr S.Bhowmick in collaboration of DRDO.Procurement of Bullet proof Helmets to replace older effective but heavy Patkas by MKU industries,Kanpur.RFI underway for optical sights for various weapons.LONG TERM SOLUTIONS:Ongoing Researches:TATA:CAIR(DRDO):Formally only two entities has both including public and private has shown intention towards any R&D on complete Infantry makeover which includes:DRDO(Government)TATA(Private)Both are either individually creating their systems or collaborated on certain systems.Possible suggestions:A future soldier looks incomplete with an exo-skeleton. Though sounds like coming from an COD fanboy which I am certainly not but an exoskeleton will have following advantage:It will carry the load instead of soldier, perhaps it will carry atleast twice the max capability of the human soldier also it can have an armor of its own including the one already worn by the soldier perhaps a better one.A powered exo-skeleton can help you run faster.A good shock absorbing mechanism can protect the soldier of the injuries after falling from a height. It can help you to aim precisely while running. An proper advanced Health or First aid kit. No, not the one in your car.Pic: DRDO first aid kitThe more we depend upon chips the more we become prone to hacking, jamming. Considerable research needs to go into Cyber Warfare. The more we get cozier with electronic chips the more we get prone to EMPs so more research needs to go into EMP resistant devices and mechanical systems advanced enough to not be called “vintage”.CONCLUSION: ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED POINTS ARE GOOD ONLY IN DREAMS IF PUBLIC-PRIVATE-ACADEMIA_MSMEs-ARMY DOESNOT COME TOGETHER AND POUR IN THEIR RESOURCES ON INDIGENOUS R&D. NO COUNTRY WILL GIVE THE KNOW HOW OF ALL CRITICAL TECH INVOLVED AS THIS THING HAS VERY HIGH MARKET POTENTIAL IF ACHIEVED.Pic Credit: google

Brazil: What should a US company know before entering the Brazilian market?
Brazil has been a technology reference in the world for decades, mostly because of its giant internal market and applied IT solutions on the country's economy and politics. Two examples are a) our presidents, governors, mayors, and others have been elected (only) by electronic voting for years, and b) the Brazilian banking sector is able to perform huge transactions (both in number and size) in real time for decades, because the whole banking system is digitally interconnected. The state supports innovation and IT startups by investing more than US$ 500 million every year in incentives to micro and small enterprises. The main barriers to enter the Brazilian market are understanding and overcoming incorporation bureaucracy, carefully planning for labor taxes, and selecting the right partners when approaching the market. Hire a good local lawyer specialized in opening foreign businesses, so you won't go through all the bumps and hassle to start the business yourself. Or getting invested by a well-connected local venture capital fund or accelerator. If you're into e-commerce, the market is huge due to the recent growth of the income in what we call "the lower middle-class". Social media and mobile are also a reference in Brazil, because Brazilians spend most time online than any other country, and the use of smartphones and tablets is spreading country-wide. At the same time, health-related projects - such as medicine, vaccines, and so on - and also biotechnology take a long time to pass regulation, making them harder areas to approach. Competition is hard in a lot of sectors, but the Brazilian market is really big and fits everyone - you may not be a market leader, but there's a lot of money to be made in the long tail.Local VCs still like to invest in models already proven overseas, but a lot of foreign investors are entering the market (usually associated with local funds). For example, Groupon's clone Peixe Urbano was a first mover, got the attention of the best VCs (Brazilian and American) and has become a 1,000 employees company in less than two years. There is not a professional angel sector in Brazil yet, but angels are starting to grow riskier and looking for good investments. There are government agencies (such as BNDES and FINEP) that give credit or incentives to help entrepreneurs grow.Speaking Portuguese helps a lot, because only a small part of the population speaks fluent English. Even so, Brazilians understand Spanish very well (though the contrary is not true), so Spanish can help you get through things. The Brazilian people is usually very open, sincere, and respect serious business people. Brazilians also expect some ice-breaking chat and spend a good time with you before you go down to serious negotiation... For example, lunches and happy-hours are sometimes the best choice to get to know Brazilian entrepreneurs or executives - and that's before making real businesswith them.Wrapping it up, come down to Brazil, get to know the main local markets (Sao Paulo, Rio, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, Porto Alegre are among them), experience the culture of each region and talk to a lot of investors and entrepreneurs in the sector on which you're about to start your company. When you're here, get feedback on what you're planning, budget for the project, and consider getting a Brazilian business partner to start up - and lead you through the legal and taxes hassle.

Do you think the Hong Kong-China extradition law is fairly reasonable after actually reading the policies?
For the Gentleman Talon Jensenplease allow me to provide the Hong Kong Basic Laws, to make it clear about what "one country, two systems" means. And Joint Declaration of UK and PROC which was signed in 1984, can be used references, that treaty has been approved its legal rights under the authorization of United Nation.According to Hong Kong Basic Law, Article 5, and Joint Declaration, Article 3, the description of "one country, two systems""Under the agreement of One-China Policy, referred to Article 1, the previous capitalist system and way of life in Hong Kong shall remain unchanged for 50 years."please mark the words, "capitalist system and way of life", legislation and judicial system is not part of it, and it was agreed by UK, approved by UN.this is not personal, but I still suggest to refer the law before answer the question. And talking about the extradition lawFirst, This law exists already, originally was signed and published by Governor of Hong Kong during British Ruling period, 46 categories of crimes included 9 crimes involved with politic, religion, etc. Can be applied 20 countries such as UK, Canada etc. The key point "signed and published by Governor of Hong Kong during British Ruling period"Second, this time, the legislature and chef executive of Hong Kong, decided to fix this Laws, which was been there for very long time. What is the best advice you can give to an engineering student before freshman year that can help him achieve the best possible
Before I get to the engineering stuff I have to let you know this:My mom was a nurse back in the 70's she used to see college kids who got too drunk come in comatose to the ER. They stayed as paraplegics or vegetables for the rest of their lives. You can choke in your own vomitus and end up retarded (good bye engineering), you dont need a bath tub full of water to drown. This stuff is happening to freshman as I type. There are much worse fates than death when you drink too much alcohol. Every year thousands of college freshman die of alcohol OD. Don't become one of these people. Drink responsibly. The guys that have all the chicks have game, it is something you are kind of born with. If you cant get any action that is ok, because if you start going around trying to collect numbers (give your numbers out instead if you must) the only thing you are going to scrounge from the bottom of the barrel are girls who are ammenable to being rushed. You don't want to hang around those types. Hitting on girls who honestly dont care about you or guys in general is just going to make you into an angry and jaded young man. maybe that's not such a bad thing. MGTOW. Once you take the red pill there is no going back. Girls who are 18 have absolutely no clue as to how to have a long term stable relation, play around and have some fun, but dont yall get too close. Just because she says she's on the pill doesnt mean that she isnt lying to you,you cannot trust a woman that she has her own reproductive safety in mind, dont be a fool, wrap your tool. And wrap it with protection that YOU procure and you guard carefully. When you are done with it, personally flush it down the toilet immediately. Don't be stupid, protect yourself. Become an engineer before you become a father. But if you do become one, there are no little boys in fatherhood. And if by the time you do become a father and you are still a little boy you are a dead beat.It pays to learn how to use linux, find a friendly Indian dude next to you: "hey! buckchod'!"(Heh, im just kidding, dont use that word, its a really nasty slurr.) and negotiate, come to an agreement for payment plus a carton of ParleG crackers if he can dual boot ubuntu on your computer. (The majority of computer science majors on my campus are Indian, some might be industrial engineers and some electrical etc. meet one of these dudes under a bus stop and strike up a conversation, ask what part of india they are from and where in relation that is to delhi, and if they are from delhi ask about the meaning of the word "jugaad". It takes a graduate student to be able to dual boot ubuntu in 30min) "mf how'd you know I was a computer science major."Fig.4532 "G for Genius"From there ask him how to put python onto your terminal and show you around. Learning how to program is something you dont wait around to be taught how to do.#!/usr/bin/env pythonprint "any programming language in the world, for free! And get acquainted with the map of India, Indian students really appreciate people who give a damn about their home, it starts with geography. Out of a billion people you have heard one person's story, a lifetime friendship might emerge."The sum of all the force vectors penetrating the control surface = the vector m*
where this vector a is the acceleration of the control volume (the object) as a whole. This pattern emerges through statics, dynamics, thermo, intro to electronics. Basically everything.Sometimes you have to pay for your good education with your GPA. There was a teacher called the gpa destroyer, he flunks A students. I took him and hopped over the c wall. His teaching and his hardness are the reason that I can survive here at state. Choosing the hardest profs, the guys with bad reputations for hardness will put hair on your chest and prepare you for standing alone when there is no one there to help you. When you get a video game you jack the hardness up all the way, that way you don't know what hard is. The effects are stunning:/watch?v=_VEApo75rPU#t=55Dont bad mouth your teachers behind their backs. Take your hat off when you talk to them. Don't recline and point your soles of your shoes to them. Wait for him to be absolutely finished with his lecture before beginning to pack your stuff up. I dont care if everyone is packing up around you, wait an extra 40sec for him to be done. Store your notes in ziploc bags to keep them from being smudged or the edges frayed. How can you have a good record of knowledge when the source of knowledge is frayed and beat up? My notebooks from my engineering classes are worth thousands of dollars to me. My calculus 3 notebook is kept in a very thick plastic bag for extra protection and the thing is 4 years old. Still as fresh as the day I closed it for the last time. I still use it from time to time. Section area specific mass flux and pump vector field, oxygen section angular velocity calculation. by Spencer Lam on RD-107 analysisI'm a C student. C students should be able to do this unassisted by the 300 level. If you cannot do this then it is a sure sign that you cannot rely on what you learned in your prereqs. Some colleges have a three strikes policy. If you fail a course three times then you are out of engineering completely. no ifs ands or buts.Pay attention to vector projections and transpositions in calc three, listen up good. Pay extra special attention to matrix multiplication in that class as well. Take it home and make sure that you can do it with any number you choose. Then teach yourself how to do transformation matrices (from polar to cartesian, mainly in 2D). Being able to easily switch a part of an equation from polar to cartesian and back is indispensable power in dynamics and it is absolutely essential that you keep that fire red hot for years even after you finish calc 3. just because you got an A in a class doesn't mean that you know how to use any of the stuff when your life depends on it. In a dynamics class the way to stop a conversation is to mention "Well I had to use a transformation matrix..." "Well the eigenvalue of the problem was.." "the vector transposition.." jaws drop and people start to want to cry.B A N G C L A N K ! It is their fault that they didnt keep up with it and now they are paying for it bad. In this dynamics class this knowledge is worth money. You have the upper hand, aren't you glad you took good care of your notes. The pattern is, get an A in a class, take the stuff home and try to use it with random home made projects. Fall flat on your face when you realize that what they taught you is absolutely useless and incomplete. Reteach yourself how to do it from scratch, rebuild yourself young man. You will be reborn with regards to your ability to do that problem. It is part of you now and you can use it as a weapon to save your skin. Engineering is not about integration too much the worst you'll see in mainline engineering is dx/x or x^2dx, it is about how well you handle derivation to the second order and how well you can handle your matrices. By the way, it pays to keep your calculations as analytical as possible to the last possible moment and Then break into plug and chug. Make sure you can trace your units throughout the whole problem. People who jump to numbers as soon as possible miss out on cancellation opportunities and end up doing more evaluation than is necessary, opening themselves up to grave error and no way to go back and find out what went wrong. Besides it looks unprofessional and untidy. If you must do evaluation, make sure to use scientific notation. One looks like an ameteur when you lug around a whole bunch of extra zeroes. If your project report is not good enough to put in front of your employer, then dont bother putting it infront of your teacher. He may literally laugh at your paper and actually give you points because it is so funny. You should put at least 8hrs of work into a project. My thermo project was 80hrs in the making, I can and will put it on my resume. There is a 7 step way to decisively destroy any engineering problem you find. My thermo teacher, my prophet and my idol the meanest teacher in the land, taught it to me and I will use it forever, I use it in my own personal projects. Message me and I can teach it to you.

Trump Jr. also sent the email after news broke that former acting Attorney General Sally Yates had alerted the White House that Flynn might have lied about discussing sanctions with then-Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.
The White House, which initially said that Trump didn't know any details about Flynn until he learned about it later — then said that the president only found out about them through media reports — has faced questions about why Trump's son was seeking to establish communications with the Russian government in the first place.
In a series of tweets, Trump Jr. denied that he and others had received the emails, and called the Times story "a COMPLETE and TOTAL FABRICATION" of his meeting. He said the Times' "fictional account" was "100% made up."

Flynn's resignation Monday came the same day that he was interviewed by FBI agents about the meeting — as part of Robert Mueller's probe of Russia's meddling in the US presidential election.
What is a live electronic signature?
The signature of an authentic document is generated when an electronic signature (a code, symbol, or a fingerprint) is applied to a digital document. The signature is verified by the electronic signatures of the addressee and the addressees.
The key element of a live electronic signature is the signature code or digital identity code.
For instance, an official certificate is issued by the Ministry of Health when the applicant's birth certificate is submitted to the Ministry, but the Ministry is also the official who verifies the signature code. There are several factors that affect the strength of one's electronic signature.
For instance, the electronic signature is based on a key system that is used to authenticate the signature. A key system is a combination of a signature code, signature algorithm, and cryptographic algorithm. These factors affect different aspects of the signature code and its verification. The most important is the signature algorithm, which is a way to generate random numbers that produce different signature code numbers.
This method of generating random numbers can be used to prevent duplicate signatures or to generate unique signatures by the same person to prove they are the same person. It can also be used to ensure the validity or authenticity of documents with similar signatures.
An electronic signature is only as strong as the algorithm, which includes the key system, but the strength of a computerized key system can also affect the strengt...
