So, you are just signing that person's signature.
The process is quite simple. If the document you are making is an original document (a court order and a check signed by the person who is the plaintiff of the lawsuit) and you are making it electronically then you just take the pencil and put your finger on a key on the document and it will verify the data. That's it. And if you are making a paper document then the process is a little more involved.
