It would depend on if the two users had their own login to the computer. In that case you would just need to select only this user when installing dropbox each time under their login.If they are using the same computer login you can unlink an account from the dropbox application then login with the other account. the other option is to instead of using the applicaiton you use the web based access and login that way.
