Quite mature!! Look at the REST APIs provided by EchoSign REST API - Document E-signature Software - signNow Document Cloud. It covers almost every EchoSign resource and operations possible on such resources. Also the play ground style documentation let developers explore as well as try out APIs on the same page which really helps a lot in understanding the APIs. There are API code samples available in multiple languages like Java, python, PHP etc. It is because of EchoSign mature APIs that it has integration with products like Salesforce, SugarCRM, NetSuite, Office365 etc.

Great question! Being the CMO of cloudHQ, this is a question I think I should answer! :-) Box has an integration with Salesforce, but it really doesn't cut the mustard because: There's no automatic backup of Box in Salesforce, or of Salesforce in Box.  Sorry- but you are able to do it manually. By depending on two services, you risk your work reliability. No search: All documents stay in Box, so salespeople can't search for their docs in Salesforce. The search results will show "no results". Salespeople need to hyperlink a Box doc to their chatter files or personal library, and then click the hyperlink to go to Box and access it there. The biggest issue is that these hyperlinks are (1) auto-generated by Box, so the title doesn't tell you what the document is, and (2) the title isn't searchable.Don't get me wrong, the Box cloud storage solution is PERFECT for many enterprises, but their integration lacks major functionality. What I think is we can not directly estimate the time required to integrate with other systems.Below factors plays a major role in deciding the time,Users(customers) requirement and its scale of integration with other system.External systems endpoint accessibility(only with user name password or there is need of any security certificate).Type of integration(REST or SOAP).Is data flow a two way or one way.One time integration or there will be a synchronous call from time to time.Amount of data set that s going to be integrated.Is that external system been integrated with salesforce by any other vendor and that code is available in internet or not.For me I have it took from one and half week to 3 months max to integrate salesforce system with others.
