How to sign elctronically at pdf file?
I need one, how can I print them at home? Theres just some weird things about it. Is it possible? Thanks a ton
Hello!
I think you're probably thinking of the pdf files. I've seen them for sale on Amazon, and I have a few of them to try. I also have one of the old printable pdf versions, but it's not the same.
The pdf is the same as the pdf on page one, but is slightly different in the last couple pages. It's the second version printed after the first failed to come out. I had the first version printed in the same place that I'm printing it now, but I couldn't quite get it to print on the first page. When printing this version with a home printer, there is a small chance that the paper might be too soft due to how much the printhead pushes it, and the first version wouldn't stick on properly.
The new printing method works much more reliably. When I first bought the first printable pdf version, I tried printing it at home with a standard home printer. The first pdf was very poorly done, because the home printer just put a lot (not quite the right amount) of pressure on the page. But the second one printed just fine on the same setup! The reason being is that we printed on the same page for every printing attempt, so the paper wouldn't stretch and move as well on our printer. I had the same problems with that version that you might have with the new printer version.
If you're worried about printing the pdf on top of another, or trying to print it on a computer (or not prin...
Pdf how to sign document?
I've done this a few times and it's annoying as hell. Thanks a lot!!
It is indeed annoying, but I think you are right. In this case, though, signing a document is a way to make the document an official (or at least as official as you can get in a stateless situation) document of the entity (the company or organization) which created it and has the legal authority to sign it. So, the "official" signature of the company or organization is not the official signature of the person who signed the document. If someone had a copy of a copy of the original document without a signature on it, it would not be "official" in any way. So the signature is not the "official" signature.
I have never seen a way to get rid of the signature in any manner. Is there any workaround?
There are two ways to "remove" or "recover" that signature (which is not a legal document in and of itself), and both have the same result: the signature is erased from the document and a new one will never appear. One way is to send the document off to be destroyed, and the other way is to replace the signature on the bottom of the document with the new one(s), but only after the document has left and come back in. This can happen several times a day in your case; it depends on how much work you are doing.
How do I make it "official" in this instance (if that is what you want)?
This is not your "official" signature. The company or organization, not you, makes this document legal as if it was signed by the pers...
