The solution is to make a tiny hole in the paper. If you can make a small hole (1/16" or less) between the tip of your pen and the paper, the ink will write through the hole.
Now, the problem is that the hole will only get larger with writing faster and faster so your pen will never reach the top line. This is why the best way to use your mouse for signing is to hold the mouse in the hand you are not writing with and do the same thing with the other hand, so that you can put in all the ink you want on the page.
