hello my name is Victoria Roa I am a real estate lawyer here in the Riviera Maya Mexico me and my sister we founded our Law Firm that is a mostly for foreigners or Mexicans that are looking to invest here in Mexico or real estate okay so today I'm going to explain to you how to create a Mexican company okay so first we are going to let you know which is the best option for you to set up um a company because here in Mexico we have different types of Kinds so mainly we have a Anonymous Society or a social Anonymous in Spanish and also um or a limited a liability company okay the main difference between one another is a how is a structure that the partners will be allowed or not in the company because the anonymous Society is like more open to investment because it's more easy to be a partner of that company and they other company The Limited responsibility liability it will be better for more family business okay or with friends because it's more control how partners are going to be in and out from the company okay so once we let you know which is the best option for you of the type of company we are going to ask you for your documents here in Mexico I will advise you that uh only one of the partners or if you're one of the partners of the company to get a residency card here from Mexico the reason why is to have the full control of your company okay get the temporary or permanent residency card we can help you to obtain this a car don't worry you don't have to live here in Mexico you only have to fulfill another requirements okay there are different types of a Visa we can let you know which is the best option for you don't worry also we will need at least two partners in the company okay and to provide a official documents as passport a proof of address okay you will need an address also here in Mexico okay in case you don't have an um an address yet here in Mexico we can provide you one meanwhile you obtain your address here in Mexico okay and also if you are married we are going to ask you for the documents from your a husband or wife okay so next step after we get your documents and you are going to let you know we are going to ask you for three names for your company possible names it can be not a names already registered by another person I don't know for example your company cannot be Coca-Cola okay it must be another name after the name is approved by the Mexican Government uh we are going to draft the Articles of Incorporation of the company mainly these will say all the rules from the company what a um what will be the purpose of the company what activities the company can do which are going to be the partners which capital will have the company all the rules of the game okay from the company we are going to advise you which is the best way to have these Articles of Incorporation depending of your business once we have these Articles of Incorporation we are going to schedule um the signature in the notary office here in Mexico it must be signed here at the notary office in Mexico because um is not authorized yet the digital signature but if you cannot be here in Mexico you can grant a power of attorney or POA in your country we can let you know which are the steps for this don't worry once the Articles of Incorporation is signed okay and we are going to get um the certified copy of your Articles of Incorporation like the official articles and then within the 30 days after using your company the Articles we're going to get that Mexican tax heavy from your company and um this must be done by the legal representative from the company you don't forget that part after we get that Mexican tax ID from the company you are able to open a bank account here in Mexico just remember uh we advise you to open at least two Banks account in different banks in Mexico just to um be very very sure that you will have two options of banks okay so uh the last step it will be to get your corporate books from your company we can help you with this and to keep the record of everything that happens with your company at to comply with Mexican loss okay so if this video was very helpful for you we can help you to create your Mexican company or learn learn more with us here in YouTube
