also their id card and some other country also they you have to provide the card and the company will type the offer letter first and the contract which is called mb and offer letter is st as i mentioned in my previous videos and the company has to pay up for your pre-approval the first initial fees so after paying the first initial fees the the company has to wait for your approval to come from the ministry of labor so the ministry of labor giving the approval as per the procedure of the company and the quota and the visa system it will be sometime fast and sometime it will take the five to two weeks working days but nowadays it is late so they have to upload all your documents your information in the first steps and after that they have to pay the fees for the pre-approval so after pre-approval fees paying the approval will come from the ministry of labor the company has to ah print your offer letter and contact along with because contract will be auto generated because this is the part of the st which is called offer letter so they have to enter all information so after getting the approval the company has to first has to apply for your insurance so insurance system is different for all other companies for the small company first they i have to submit the insurance so for the industrial and the category one it will be different because they have the labor guarantee already in the labor department so they will not submit the insurance and submitting all the documents then the second wizard step is there they have to upload your offer letter in the system so and pay your labor card fees but if you are unskilled labor they were if you are unskilled labor after attending the killers in doji center they will update your labor contract in toji center and it will be updated automatically in the company system and you will have the approved labor contract along with the labor card so this is the system for the unskilled labor and if the person is skilled person and he submitted the university degree to the company and company has to pay their labor card fees ingly as per their category and for and for the unskilled labor also the company has to submit their labor card fees but only the contract will be uh updated in the doji center after attending the class so for the skid labor who submit the university degree or the diploma or the secondary school certificate to the company for there no need to attend the class in doji center and the company has to submit their contract as a third visit in their system so we was after submitting you will get your labor contact approved and you can download your labor code and your labor card copy so this is the procedure for unscrewed and skilled so the final conclusion is that the
