Welcome to Leegality An eSign, eStamp and document workflow platform Let me take you through a journey of eSigning and eStamping your documents by showing you the sender steps, signer steps and final document The sender steps Sign-in to Leegality To send a document for eSigning in three simple steps Click on the "New Document" button on the Leegality dashboard First step is to create the document You can either upload a file from your system or select from a template already saved by you in the "Leegality Template Engine" Comply with stamp duty requirements by affixing stamp papers pre-ordered through Leegality by using the "Use Stamp" button and selecting the desired stamp paper You can fill in the variable fields of the template and click on "Create Document" The next step is to decide who will sign the document by entering the signer details on this page Select the "Signature type" from the following options of Aadhaar eSign Virtual sign DSC Doc signer and Automated sign Enter the signer's name email ID or phone number You can customise the signature type for each signer and add additional layers of security for example, I am activating the capture GPS location and capture photo feature Choose if the document requires a signing order by toggling this button Before the final step of sending the document you can choose where each signer's signature will appear on the document Once this has been customized on clicking "Send", your document will be successfully sent for eSigning. The Signer steps in the Aadhaar eSigning Journey The Signer will receive and eSigning link on their registered email ID or phone number This journey can be customised as per your brand's colour your brand's logo and your brand's name The signer will click on sign to view the document and on clicking proceed and giving consent will be re-directed to the NSDL website which is the certifying authority for Aadhaar eSign After giving consent on the NSDL page the signer will enter their Aadhaar number to receive an OTP on their registered email ID or phone number On entering the OTP received and clicking on verify OTP the document will be successfully eSigned. Signer steps in the Virtual signing journey The Signer will receive and eSigning link on their registered email ID or phone number The signer will click on sign to view the document On clicking proceed, the signer will have to authenticate the document by using the OTP received on their email ID or phone number Allow the GPS & Photo to be captured since this feature was activated The signer can choose from an electronic representation of their name or draw their signature On giving consent and clicking "Sign" the document will be successfully eSigned All signers will receive a signed copy of the document and a comprehensive audit trail These documents can be downloaded and opened in a signature compatible PDF reader such as Adobe The signatures can be verified from within the document by double clicking on the sign and following the steps shown As you can see, the signature certificate details have been captured All documents will have the Document ID and the Stamp serial number on all pages The Audit Trail The Audit trail captures all important steps of the signing journey Like the Document ID, the unique Document Hash which makes the document completely tamper evident, the IP address, the OS, Browser, Device, the signature certificate details, the photo and GPS, the consent of the parties, the Audit trail is also digitally signed by Leegality as a tech witness This process can be fully automated with our Powerful API Visit us on .Leegality.com
