How to eSign a document: digital signature legitimateness for Advertising Agreement in UAE

what's happening everybody this is Hayden Adams with a designer who codes and today we're talking about the business side of coding or really anything involving getting a contract signed by a customer or a client and if I want to send this to a client what I have to do is get it prepared to be sent so I'm using Adobe InDesign for right here but you can use any software you want as long as you convert it into a PDF and that's going to be important in the next step and also I'm using InDesign because I have the whole Adobe suite package which is where we have to work with speaking of PDFs so what I'm going to do here is I'm going to export this PDF and you can do it one of two ways in most software for Adobe InDesign because it's an adobe tool I can just hit command e to export it I can go right to a PDF print or interactive doesn't matter to me which one it is so I will call this one let's say client contract 007 just for the extra fun of it and what's going to happen is this doesn't matter too much right here it's going to make this into a PDF and it's going to kick it right into acrobat now there's two worlds of acrobat there's Acrobat Reader the free version then there's just good old-fashioned acrobat now it's called Acrobat Pro that is a paid version now this does come free though with the Adobe Creative Cloud and if you already have Creative Cloud with Adobe Photoshop illustrator I just worked in InDesign you're all set to go in this and if not you can also purchase a monthly or your license to Adobe that being said they make it really easy to sign contracts so all I have to do is with Insight acrobat I'm going to come over here and say fill and sign so by default I can sign for myself or the best part is I can request an eSignature so what I'll do is I'm going to request it to myself I'm going to type my email address in I use my other one my different account and what will happen is it's going to come up and say hey client contract 007 please review and sign this document and it's going to ask you specify where to sign the document this is also why I designed it a certain way it's going to scan and analyze your PDF and this is the super coolest part like it just makes it so easy acrobat knows that that big line that I drew in the design is probably designed for a client signature which I even wrote client signature so what I can do is I can simply click the area for a signature and just like that it says okay they have to sign it there's three steps I have to add the signer which I just did via email I'm now going to specify where to sign and simply send and track progress when I click Send it's going to be like hey you know what's going to happen bada bing bada bing bada boom this has been sent out now it also alerts me if it's not been viewed by a certain time and has not been signed by a certain time so if I prom up an email let me go grab that right here what's going to happen is it's going to come up and say basically that Hayden Adams me has requested her signature to sign contract 007 I'm going to review and sign this and what's going to happen is oh different screen let me go grab that part over here so what's going to happen is the end user not me I'll continue right here new message please review inside the document now the other user does not need to have acrobat that's also the really cool part so what I can do is I can click here to sign type percentage here and this is just me so I'll say Hayden Adams and when I say apply it then puts it in Hayden atoms and the date pretty cool that way and click to sign processing the document you've signed it all parties are all good what's going to happen is I'm going to be notified of an email that's basically you're done signing the contract on my end and then of course what I'm going to get back that's as the end user or the end user is it says client contract I should have used like John Smith to make this easy but yeah this is like Fight Club and I'm not gonna spoil anything but it pretty much it's between myself and myself assign the document and just like that you have an e document all signed right through Adobe Acrobat pretty cool
