a beautiful time to be alive in the summer um so we're going to get started here we're going to do some introductions and we're going to do a couple quick housekeeping items before we get to the good stuff um so this is going to be presented by myself and Jonathan Mueller and we'll do a little bit more about us a little later on uh just some quick housekeeping uh we will be recording this webinar and sending out a copy later so if you get a call from a candidate in the middle of this session don't worry answer it uh you can always come back later um you can use the go-to webinar control panel um the questions box is where where you'll want to submit your questions uh we'll be answering them at the end here and you'll definitely um know when the Q&A is going to happen uh and you will receive a copy of the slides and the recording like I said so don't worry um and we're going to be on Twitter we're going to be um tweeting this and if you want to join in and uh share what you like best the things that you're loving and excited about uh join us with hash paperless process all right so little bit more introduction here uh Jonathan Mueller is our senior product manager uh we got some fun facts about him here and I I'm Lyla Rosell if you guys haven't dealt with me before um you will soon I'm sure um I hope I've taken care of a lot of you at some point um but my fun facts are down there and I want to add something which is that I'm also a Pittsburgh transplant so Jonathan and I have that in common um but I don't speak any Spanish well maybe a little bit but not enough to get by probably I can tell you where the library is I think and that's about it um so without further Ado uh we'll just get in uh to the to the presentation here um I'm going to pass it over to Jonathan he's going to guide you through everything um he's going to kind of tell the story of you know why we wanted to bring this feature to everyone here and why we wanted to just make your lives a little easier um and then we'll go over the Q&A we'll do a demo and um we'll show you how to actually get it so Jonathan take it away all right thanks a lot Lyla I'm very excited to be here with you guys U talking about offers and E signatures um as L said I was the product manager who worked on building this feature um so first off I just want to tell you a little bit about it um this feature allows you to create store and manage all of your hiring documents whether they're pre-employment or onboarding documents within Jazz and um I think it matters to our customers uh because they'll then yeah if if you decide to add on this feature you'll be able to seamlessly um eign and create e doents within Jazz we'll tell you all about that give you a little demo you'll be able to track your offer uh statuses when they get signed uh when they're accepted rejected you'll be able to use this from day one so as soon as you add on this feature um you'll be completely integrated with jazz no third-party uh sign-ons or API Keys it's just an immediate um feature that you'll get as soon as you add on and obviously this what this does is it helps you eliminate paperwork and help you helps you digitize your entire hiring process so you know we did a lot of research with customers we met with them in person um and the top five feature requests you know as that came out as a result of you know surveying customers where that confidentiality is extremely important to the customers um they wanted to make sure that all the data was Secure so we addressed that issue um when we built this feature uh folks wanted to be able to track statuses of uh offers obviously automating digitization something I talked about but what that lets you do is get the documents back in a timely manner helps you expedite the signing uh process and and um make sure that uh when you send out candidate documents um you can send out an offer letter but also all the other documentation that you may need to send out and so this was uh basically the results of kind of talking to customers from all over the country um and from various different types of Industries so the benefits of this feature are that um you get a powerful automation of electronic documents um like I said through the hiring process um we have the exist thing offers functionality that um Jazz has but we've made some um improvements to to that so you not only do you get the airfree documents but then there also this whole the existing feature is then brought in to the eign functionality and it's all kind of uh embedded within Jazz and then we help you accelerate the time to hire with an entirely paperless process U managing all of your candidate files in one place sorry guys it looks like there are some audio issues one sec here okay lost audio Yeah I know we know all we got disconnected okay okay all right sorry about that everyone it looks like the disc there's a disconnect there so we'll just uh go back and get started Jonathan if you could just start over here with our key benefits that would be great yeah sorry about that everyone little Network flub there so um obviously um what what this e signing functionality does is help you automate your electronic documents through the entire hiring process allows you to create error-free documents through our customizable offer templates and accelerate time to hire um with a paperless process uh and what JZ does is it brings all of your documentation that may be in separate systems and puts them all into one system so we're going to talk about uh One customer and um their Journey um specifically uh kta Tater which is a customer here in Pittsburgh of jazz employee owned business um and they hire uh civil engineering folks who do inspections and so if you know anything about Pittsburgh we have a lot of rivers a lot of bridges a lot of tunnels so these folks um that work for kta tater are very important to the infrastructure here so the fact that they're getting really good good candidates is important for them but also for us here in Pittsburgh um so they have a dynamic duo um at KT Tator of Kim and Emily um so they uh Ed Jazz really well getting a lot of value out of the system and we when we met with them we were able to understand a lot of the customer problems that you know were very um uh prevalent among other folks as well but um we were able to see all of the different problems that they had and all the different vill that they had in their midst so these are the bad guys that we're talking about um they had an old system that they had before they were using Jazz where they had all their old candidates that they had to often like go back and reference they had application verification which is a third party system for doing uh reference checks which they had to send out documents in order to authorize that so that candidates could authorize those reference checks they were often using FedEx for that so spending a lot of money sending uh FedEx overnights to candidates they're a government contractor so the compliance is really important to them um they have to get people who are highly skilled so they send that they were sending out paper tests um they were using Adobe PDFs and putting inputs within those Adobe PDFs that were no longer going to be supported by Adobe any longer they were using the Adobe document Cloud um as a result of that which was yet another thirdparty system that they were having to spread themselves into and what this all resulted in was obviously a lot of paperwork and lost time so instead of spending time finding the best candidates they were spending more and more time doing paperwork so um what Jazz brings is a secret weapon and I like to say that it's not just offers not just e signatures it's more than that it's not just offers because offers are only one part of new hire paperwork there's pre-employment paperwork so reference check authorizations paper applications uh paper uh qualifications tests anything you can imagine on that side and then once you decide that you have picked out the candidate that you want you can send out ndas employee agreements you make conflict of interest statements um maybe uh government forms w4s I things like that as well as part of your onboarding and I like to say it's not just e-signing because new higher paperwork is more than just signatures um there's also you know you may need to fill out forms like this one over here um put initials texts dates and essentially Jazz with our partnership with hell sign lets you do that um you can create e templates which are reusable forms that can be senta over and over again and Jazz lets you do this all in one system so from the postapocalyptic Wasteland of paperwork and you know set disparate systems we're allowing you to put all of this stuff into one system so this is a little a little bit of what this looks like in the system in our in our admin section you're probably familiar with we have a documents area and you can upload documents here and right now but if you upgrade um with jez you'll be able to build e templates with those documents so you can assemble all the documents together um drag and drop your Fields onto those documents and then you can even test them send them to yourself to make sure that the whole flow makes sense if you want to have a little bit more of an ad hoc um document that you're just uploading directly from a candidate you can do that as well um or you can generate an offer using our offers feature and send those documents out as well um you also may have noticed this little uh files section um over here in the sidebar is gone and now all of that documentation is put into the documents tab so all documents that are coming in for the screening process as well as the later processes in hiring are all going to be filling up in there and you can manage them all in one place so the functionality is very flexible and can accommodate your needs um so when you send out documents there's lots of options you can package documents together you know various types PDFs Word documents image documents they can all be put together into e templates or sent out together um as as more ad hoc e documents and then you can also uh sequence your signing workflows if you wanted to have say a hiring manager and then a can sign you can do that or not you can send them all out at the same time so um in in our offer generating feature now um before uh it basically helped you to create error free documents now when you generate the offer letter it comes up into the document section any permissions that you put on this offer data uh will basically stay with the documents that are generated and then you can send them out to the candidate um using the eign functionality so basically what this means is victory for Kim and Emily but unfortunately more villains are rearing their ugly heads yes that's right um the scourge of HR the Insidious sensitive document creepers sworn enemies of the HR heroes yes but Jazz comes to the rescue with uh our new uh permissions and privileges on documents so U one of the great things about our new privileges is that you can actually specify certain people that should have access to documents you can make them private make it for admins only or let anybody see them but as uh with most things uh that heroes are faced with new um uh enemies emerge so um in say you have a candidate who is the best candidate by far seem to be great in every way but they're procrastinating for whatever reason maybe they have they're weighing their options um because uh our vendor that we're working with in in this feature hello sign sends automatic reminders and enables mobile signing they'll be able to sign on the go um they'll get reminders um every after a certain period of time that they haven't signed a document and so that uh those procrastinating procrastinating candidates are taken care of there uh what if you're just sitting there anticipating waiting for a candidate to sign you just don't know have they even seen my offer yet well uh again um there are notifications once a offer is viewed or once a document is viewed so you can uh sort of measure the status of uh of the documents in that way and uh I don't know if any of you guys have in your office these documentation hounds who always want to be cced on everything such as H this guy from one of my favorite movies office space um but essentially Jazz offers the ability to add as many cc uh folks as you want so you can type into these fields and they will Auto complete with any people that are in your company that have been added as Jazz users but you can also just send out um you can make signers or ccs of the documents uh people who aren't actually within your system currently so what if you were to send out an offer but immediately there was a budget cut well Jazz has uh the ability to cancel signature requests and then when you're doing that the added benefit of actually um resending the offer as well rejecting the offer if that was the case and then um fatigue we all know that uh you know there's a lot of uh work to do in the HR space and you can get fatigue so we've tried to add some nice uh ux user experience improvements uh through this feature so when you are sending out a set of documents to a candidate so it could be your offer letter maybe an employment contract and you know maybe a few other sort of uh uh documents you can say hey there's an offer letter in here and when we the candidate fills this all out what will happen is that once it's fully signed by everybody on the signing list the offer will be marked as accepted and then that will show up in your reporting when you pull up reports in jazz now uh there's also the ability to preview offer templates something that we didn't have before before selecting them for a candidate so the bottom line here and the prologue to the story is that kta Tater is Victorious with jazz and they're able to hire a Legion of Super employees but don't take my word for it this is a quote that we took uh that that basically forbade him from Kim she was very pleased uh with uh the results of the feature and that did everything that she needed to do so I'm gonna flip over and do a um a demo of this feature so you guys can see it um so I'm in my superhero job and uh Clark has applied to my job so um you as you notice there's a document section over here and here's that little file section that I mentioned earlier um and and basically there is a little uh a little button here that if you want to send any feedback directly to the uh Jazz product team you can do it from there as you're uh using this feature or anything else related to this um so I can see that the uh resum and cover letter for Clark have been uploaded to the system and um as you're using this feature you will want to think through what are the different documents that I want to get filled out or completed or signed um during me my hiring process and some of them you may want to send out in sort of an ad hoc Way by adding them directly to the candidate but you'll probably also want to organize yourself and create templates over here in this admin section so we have offer templates that we've created using um the existing Jazz offers feature but then I've also added some other documents here and so what I want to do is show you how to create an template so I have a background authorization Employment contract so if I click create e template here uh I can create a template and I can put it in any of the folders that I have set up within my system to organize myself I can add other documents so I'm going to add these two to my pre-employment documents and now I'm going to add another signer here I'm going to say the hiring manager is going to sign this one as well add that I can Resort the signing order as well and then I can add assigned Fields so this is uh the feature um where at Point the feature where hello sign is involved so this uh little uh dialogue here is where I would be dragging and dropping my inputs and then assigning them to the various signers that I have so let's say that this one is for the candidate and so obviously you know there's a little bit of setup bootstrapping work to do here because you have to set up all your Fields you're going to want to make sure that you um uh figure out all the documents that you want to uh add uh to these template groups and then you're going to want to add fill in all of these fields um so I can do a signature down here um say that this one is for the candidate I'm not going to fill all this out right now but I would like to just show you really quickly uh how this works um and then create this template I'm going to add one for the uh hiring manager here even though probably is not a very realistic um example uh let's see hiring manager click continue and now that my e template is created um it'll show up in my documents I can test it um I'm just going to return to my documents and show you where what it looks like here um so now if I want to I can edit fields or I can test this um template so basically you know I can say Jonathan is the hiring manager and you know Laya is the candidate here um there is a a post signing um page that is created with the logo that you've up uploaded so this is what folks would see after they sign so if you have a logo for your um company it would show up in here and then um I can compose a little email to send uh essentially you know please sign this and then preview and send this test so in here I can basically make any alterations uh before I send out the document and this is very similar to what you'll see in the candidate example so let's go switch over to a candidate and see that so I'm going to go to my jobs back into my superhero and find my candidate flip over to my document section and so if I want to add documents that I've um created over in the admin section I can click add document click over here and select the documents that I want to add so you know I can add um onboarding documents or pre-employment documents so I'm going to send this I'm going to add this template and maybe I also want to send this like parking rental agreement here as well um I can set the Privileges to all these documents so let's say I want to set it to admins only click add documents and those will all be added to my candidate also want to show you our offers uh functionality so so I can click add offer here and so let's just call this Clark's offer I'm going to choose we have our own um template here that we use internally um for these demos and then I'm going to choose specific people I'm going to say that only Lyla and Jonathan should be able to have access to this offer and then here these are the uh sort of required fields that get loaded as a result of our offer template our offer template has s in it and and if I use those s then when I pull up this page I will fill in um I have to fill in the ones that are uh highlighted green here so um so the position description here is to save the world um start date let's say well we need it right now I would say yeah so we're gonna have an offer valid dat today we're gonna have a start date in about a week he's got got to finish his other job as a superhero um we're going to say uh the title is a big boss uh that's livea of course you got it and then uh that's all the fields I believe oh we need to give him a salary he works for free that's right see if that's a valid number all right yes it is all right so we can um send out Clark's offer U by generating the letter and you'll notice that um uh when we revise the offer we can go back and change anything we want we can change the status and through the signing process we can accept or reject the offer here um but I'm going to generate this letter and as you can see the offer the Privileges have remained intact for the letter that gets generated so we're going to call this Clark's offer letter generate and then there's Clark's offer letter um so I can send this out click Send As e doent um this one's just going Direct IR ly to Clark um but I want to CC lla on it since she is the boss actually I think I need lla to um to sign this first and then I'm going to put her as the first signer I'm gonna take her off as a ccer and I'm G to put somebody else how about me for the purposes of the demo all right okay and then send this out this does uh this does have an offer letter so um I'm going assign the fields and send it really quickly here right so this is a signature for Clark and a signing date for Clark when Clark this will get automatically filled out when Clark signs it and then Laya will sign this part that's about all we have here those are the only fields to send everything else has been filled out through our offers feature and now you can see that the document is in offer pending and the offer has the offer letter that we've sent out for e-signing is in progress so if I switch over to my email here second here I should get a um an email from actually let's see um let me just send this out again because I need to send it to myself instead of lla first here we go did it right thanks guys all right let's send this one out all right now I should get an email any second here there we go so you get a few different um emails here so first off I get an email saying that the signature process is started started if I'm part of this and you will notice that the emails are coming from Hello sign that is the system that or the third party that we're using and then um this is what it looks like when I get a signature request I get an email click review and sign and then here's where I'd sign click get started click into here type my name click insert the date gets completed IM immediately and click continue and click I agree and then there's the post signing screen um now I did have some other um things that I had sent out down here so let's just pull this up um if I wanted to cancel one of these I could do that um so I could send out a signature request cancellation if to anybody who has not yet signed I can also Mark any uh letters um that I've sent out that are offer letters as rejected when I do that U let's just see if I can refresh this to see where we're at with the signing process sometimes it takes a second to update I can also see who the signers are on these by just hovering over this um so this is the one that I just signed and it says that actually if you can see that I've signed it and now we're waiting for Clark Kent so let's sign as Clark Kent since I'm also Clark Ken if you didn't know that no C's out of the back yes here we go and here's my other email to sign as Clark Kent and just to uh come full circle here we can see what it looks like when it's completed anyone who's on the signing list will get a copy of the fully executed document um so if I switch over to my email I should actually see that as well so everyone has signed this and I've got a copy of it here now um just see refresh this one more time see if we can get this to update here and there it is okay so now we can see that both Clark and I have signed it and the offer has been accepted now if I go into my reporting section that offer will show up as accepted um that's about all I wanted to show you guys on the demo I'm going to switch back over to our slides and we'll continue here awesome thanks so much Jonathan and we've already had some questions coming in um so we're going to um come here and just kind of go through and answer some of your questions and if you had any other additional ones feel free to um start submitting them in the questions panel um and the go to we inar control panel so Jonathan first question um is it possible to build out an approval workflow PRI prior to sending offers to candidates we had a couple questions around this yeah um so that's actually something that's in our road map and something that we would uh like to build um we'd like to update our approvals process around jobs and approvals um right now the only kind of way you could do that is to set up sequence signers on the documents that you're sending out um but I I think what you're probably asking for is a is a is a maybe a sequenced approval process before you actually send any documents out and that's something that's on our road map but not currently part of this feature great so um other question here was well these electron electronic signatures work for tax forms and will the paperwork be secure yes so um hello sign is an actually um is a has bankg grade security and that's where all the documents actually live once you're sending them out so you could use um this feature for any kind of tax forms you know onboarding documents such as I9 W4 anything like that and it'll all be secure within hello sign okay other question here does it integrate with mobile devices um in in such I guess the way that it integrates is that when you get an email if you click on the sign here it'll um pull up a browser within the mobile device it'll all be responsive and so that you can sign with your finger right on your mobile device so um within Jazz it's not necessarily going to uh you're not going to use this feature within jazz on your mobile device but all of the signature requests that come out through emails are mobile friendly now uh what type of notification will we get once a doc has been signed you can get an email once each signer has signed the document and then you will get once it all has been signed if there are multiple signers you'll get another email and then that has the finalized document in it you so you can get the get to the file from your email that you get or you can get to it from Jazz and then um you can manage those preferences as well uh by you know when you use this feature you'll basically have hello sign preferences you can log into hello sign and change those preferences if you find those emails to be too distracting now if a hiring manager is designated to review and sign the offer but she finds an error is she able to include notes or make changes before it goes out to the candidate yeah um when I showed you that um preview page um when you're are using a temp e template and you can pull it up in preview and make any changes with any of the inputs if you're using um the offers feature um you can uh also go through through the offers function ality and all those input fields that I showed you update any of those fields regenerate a new version of the offer letter and send it out so you have various ways of kind of error checking um Can the email sender be customized the email sender will always be um whoever is sending it out um I guess the reason for that being that you know uh we don't want somebody from you know Bill gates.com sending out folks so we want to make sure whoever's sending it out is actually the sender and then there therefore you actually have to ver verify your email and everything before you use this um so that that's why it's it's mainly a security thing if we have specific templates that we use are we able to upload them and then put the customized fields in yes um so if you have like PDF documents where you already have inputs Fields embedded in those documents when you upload them hello sign when you create an e template will actually already recognize all those fields um if you have feel if you have just regular PDF documents and you upload them into an e template or maybe a more ad hoc document you can then drag and drop all those fields another question here can you bundle all of your pre-employment paperwork or things you're going to be sending out into one email um well in a way yes so the the signature request um or well let me rephrase if you create an e template and add all of your documents to that e template it can be sent out in one email um if you're going to use our offers functionality and then have a standard e template as well you may end up having two different emails um but uh we are looking at ways to kind of improve it so you can add all these documents into one email and someone else asked is this internal signatures or is there something for the new hire also it's anybody that you want to add on as Aigner so this could be somebody who uses Jazz somebody who uh you have on our team that has sign paperwork but isn't using jazz or it could be the candidate um U typically it's you know the candidate is always one of the signers but you can swap out and add other signers as well can offer letters be password protected where the candidate has to enter in a password to access it um currently uh we don't have that functionality that may be available through a partner uh hello sign so we may look into that if that becomes a big enough need for a customer uh is there reporting capability related to offers and onboarding documents yes um in the reporting section um you can actually I can pull this up really quickly here I don't know if I have any um data in in here to show you right now but basically there's a whole section um called offers so you can look at offers by jobs so created offers oh yeah so here's the offer that I sent out and that was accepted um and created so we have an 100% acceptance rate so we're doing pretty good so we can do all the offers by job Department hiring manager and by candidate as well um so you can slice and dice and add different um different columns to this report and that's assuming that you have the um reporting module as well so um couple questions here about whether or not it's included in your account so this is not uh necessarily included in the account um this would be something you would purchase as an add-on um and there were a couple of questions related to that um you know how long is the $49 a month price valid if we sign up before 7:31 for the entire year um that's correct so um it'll be good for the year and then there was another question here um about uh if you wanted to you know cancel e signatures if you have made your hires you wanted to take it off for a month um you can download the forms after that they will be in your documents section um if they've already been signed so you'll have them access to those forms to download um so and then the the cost uh will after the promotion year um you know return to the regular $99 a month cost and if you do want to add this on um you can see the contact info there up on the screen um you can contact support at jazz. or you can give us a call on the number there and just dial um extension 2 you can talk to one of us and we can get you set up and answer any additional questions you have um we do have some more questions here floating in um so the other question here uh we had a couple regarding Integrations with some hes so people who are using namely and B bamboo HR and wondering about exporting um the offer letters into there um that's not something we have uh built out right now um certainly you know any time you are um using this this feature there is that send feedback um functionality there um and you can kind of just send any feedback you like as you're going through and I think Jonathan's gonna point out um where you can find that on the on the candidate profile under where files used to be um but um you know right now uh we don't have that particular functionality there are some uh existing pieces that you can export out to hris around candidates and actually offers data but in terms of the um like the finalized documents right now I could I could get to this fully signed document by by clicking in here and then saving it and uploading it but we don't have any way to automatically um you know send that in to namely for instance so another um some great feedback that someone currently using doc you sign they're going to switch over to Jess so that's awesome thanks for that shout out um one question two uh is this pricing for unlimited documents yeah um you can sign you know as many documents as you want um so this is a really great value for all things that you're going to be replacing not only that it's going to save time on the candidates first day when they're coming in um to get started normally they're kind of scrambling around you're trying to find them a computer you're trying to get their phone set up they're they didn't bring a pen they didn't bring their ID no worries you can just have it all sent in and signed and ready to go in jazz before they even start so um another question here was you know once someone has become an employee can this be used for other documents so employee agreements beneficiary form updates and things like that um yeah I mean you can really use this to send any of the E doents you're currently sending right now if they have a um profile within Jazz and you're sending them out yeah go for it um you know this is going to be something that's going to save you guys a ton of time it's going to replace a lot of the processes that you're doing now like I said I think you know when I've been talking to people about it the biggest thing for me as someone who's been hired a couple places I hate having to wait around when I get there or I've had people tell me oh yeah print out these documents and bring them in before I come I mean I'm sorry I'm like almost 30 I don't have a printer so I got I never bought a printer I don't have one I don't even bother i i e signature e sign everything so had one for 12 years yeah Jonathan's Jonathan's a little older than me so um you know I don't really like even having to think about that so this is going to be a great way to kind of move that process along not have to think about what people have to bring in or have a candidate come in on their first day and bring you a crumpled up piece of paper they had in the bottom of their backpack for three weeks um so definitely I'm going to be helpful here um so we're getting a couple more questions that just want to um uh address here uh can we put a time limit on our signatures yeah that's a good question that's something that um as we were building this out we weren't really uh 100% sure on in terms of adding um some sort of uh time limit on there because the idea being that if you were sending an offer maybe if somebody didn't sign it in a month we could automatically mark it as rejected or something but we weren't exactly sure how that time limit should work so you know if you get into the system and start using it and you have some feedback around how that should work we'd love to talk to you and you know as we usually do try to go back and you know add uh any customer feedback to existing features so that we can really hone in on exactly what's going to make everybody 100% happy if they're you know if they find things that they need so is it possible to select who received a sign copy and who doesn't for example I don't want the person who gets you see to receive a copy only a notification that the document was signed um good question I don't believe we have that um that ability right now but that would be a good sort of addition to this yeah I mean one way you could work around that um would be to whenever you like for example if this is for an offer letter um whenever you put someone into a hired status in jazz whenever they've completed the offer letter to send out a notification um to whoever should receive that within Jazz as a part of a workflow helper um that's just something I recommend in general um so that people actually know someone's starting sometimes people don't even know uh that someone's starting next week and uh so this is a great way to let people know know that too um so someone has to go over the cost again it's uh $49 a month if you sign um annual agreement or you pay upfront and that's for the year so $49 a month for a year um our candidates able to attach files yeah I mean candidates are definitely able to get uh files from candidates within Jazz it's not through our e signatures feature but it's through our questionnaires feature um so you'll want to set up a questionnaire you'll see when you go to create a questionnaire that there's a file upload option that's where you can get your copies of IDs your um you know any other items that you'd want to get in like I mentioned that first day where you candidate dumps a pile of random IDs at you um that's where you can kind of eliminate that so um yeah Jonathan's kind of showing that there um that's where you can get those those files into their candidate profile and that'll also be under the documents tab so it'll all be in the same spot um so one other person said we already have offers available does that mean that you have e signatures uh no not necessarily um e signatures is a separate portion um than offer letters so offers you know you still have offers in jazz if you don't have these signatures you can continue to use them if you want to you know download a Word document and figure out how to send it on your own um but you know for just a nice affordable price you'll be able to do everything right within the system so um it's a nice kind of boost to a thing that's already in the system all right um that is most of our questions here if we didn't get to you um you know today we'll definitely follow up we have all these questions in our files um um we'll send an eign copy of all the questions too no I'm just kidding um but yeah we will definitely follow up with you if we didn't get to you today so don't despair um and I'm going to uh while I still have you guys I'm going to plug uh our next uh Deep dive
