How to eSign a document: digital signature legitimateness for Trademark Assignment Agreement in United States

what's up youtube friends and family it's your boy the bad wolf all right so we're back to make some more videos um the first one we're going to talk about is first of all i want to thank all the people out there who you know called me reached out uh sending donations um who have uh been very appreciative of the videos i see the comments i see all those i appreciate you um all the people who are subscribers thank you guys i appreciate you guys as well um that being said let's jump into it all right so this one is going to be based on um a little known thing called rescinding your signature okay um and it's also about you know trademarking so what is all this stuff all right so right now you use your signature and you're technically the owner of it um but it's not copyrighted right i guarantee you none of you guys have copyrighted your signatures you're thinking why should i have to do that whatever else well it protects your signature protects anybody else from using it and basically it's your property so no one else can either monetize it without your permission uh people can't use it without your permission you can put a fee attached to it if someone's using it currently and you uh are the owner of it you can rescind it okay so educational purposes only okay this has worked for some people this may not work for everybody in everybody's situation and i have not done it this was information that was given to me by a source uh through the youtube channel all right so what it is is you would need to uh file your name your signature name with your state as a trademark okay you can do like your cursive name like you write on checks or whatever else and you're going to trademark it so you contacted your state tell them that you want to put a trademark on your signature um you pay the fee things like 50 bucks here in our state um once you do that you send it off and as long as it's not out there being used by anybody else which it shouldn't be um you'll get the full rights to that now what some people have done to this i'm not saying that i'm saying you should do this and i'm not saying that it works in all situations um but you would then file a uh for the rescinding of your signature um that's also a form that i have and will be available um you can create your own you don't have to use mine as i always tell you um once you file this form say for instance example only um you did a contract um with somebody for cutting down your trees um they did a bad job and they're trying to you know make you uh you know still pay something just you get the idea all right well they have your signature on there now this can be can be not saying in every situation used to break the contract uh because now you are in possession of owning uh your signature that you originally signed with so now you are the owner of it okay and you can do uh rescinding of your signature by sending so far first of all you've trademarked it and then now you're sending in uh to whoever you don't want to have your signature um that hey if you're gonna continue to hold on to that property you know or utilize this then you have to pay a fee or else this is your cease and desist letter letter so this can work in many situations i'm not saying this is a get out of jail card free um and it may not work for a lot of things because here's what will happen um you want to get out of that contractor agreement um as much as you know as quickly as possible but the people who own the other half of it because you signed it um they're going to say a free will and uh want to keep you in it so they might try to take you to court for trying to break the agreement okay so you have to kind of be careful with these things because you know you can stir up the hornet's nest and they are within their right i mean just think about if somebody owed you money you wouldn't want them to try to do this to you as well and to get out of their contract or agreement so be ginger when trying to do such a thing so this is like i said educational purposes only so if you want to look up information like that um you're going to want to like go to google or yahoo um and look up rescinding your signature okay you can like i said you can buy the phone for me or you can you know get it free um online i'm sure there's some samples out there that you guys can take and modify which is roughly what you would have you know if you got mine um like i said i try to make everything either free or cheap for you guys so if if that's something you want to do do your research on it first before just uh jumping in both feet and doing it because like i said you know um your contract might state that you you you can't do something like that um or they might try to counter claim and say oh well you know this any other but it's like if you are using you're using an unowned technically um image your your signature trademark now you own it okay so if someone else is using it out there or you want to pull that from them you have the right but they still might try to take you to court and then it's going to depend on the judge to decide who he's going to grant you know the favor for okay um they and they might just split it down the middle and say well okay you can have your signature back um but the agreement is still binding or that you have to sign and create a new uh contract you know so not not everything that's out there that you know is something that should be used okay so that's about it guys um i want to thank you for hanging out i want to thank you for watching the channel um the email is a u.s national passport yahoo.com um for more information on videos go to the home page here for me um that'll have all the videos in case you miss them a lot of people are asking questions that have been already asked so just go to the home page and search the videos that way also there if you go to the about section from the home youtube page you can find out which files are available and uh what the prices are from there you just send over send me an email saying this this is what i want with the funds um donation and uh i'll send them right back over to you um so like i said that all has the contact information other than that um got a couple new offers um down below so check those out most recently i came across a uh it's called an energy mug and i've got a link for that down there as well so check out all those things see if any of those things benefit you guys definitely appreciate it take care of yourselves stay healthy and we got more videos to make so be right back in two and two talk to you later guys thanks again bye
