How to eSign a document: digital signature licitness for Assignment of Partnership Interest in Canada

West Louisville, a community with great history, made up of people with great pride. Even through tough times they work hard, they come together to build neighborhoods, like Park Duvall. They take care of beautiful parks that define our city and UofL is proud to walk hand-in-hand with them, enhancing the quality of life here. When our kids get off the bus there may have been bus issues there may have been something that happened on the way to school, or they may have just been late to school, but that community meeting gives us a chance to calm everyone down, re-focus our day and know that when they walk out of that gym, someone is going to tell them good morning. Stephanie Nutter, the principal at Atkinson Elementary, is building on one of the most amazing school success stories in Kentucky history. 5 years ago, at this West Louisville School, hope was an idea, but it was one worth sharing. The principal at that time, Dewey Hensley, saw an inch and took a mile, Atkinson was at the bottom of the list for test scores in Kentucky, but he saw a chance for change, teacher’s believed, students worked, parents helped, UofL extended its hand, and hope was alive. The Signature Partnership has allowed us access to resources that a school typically would not have access too. When you grow up in poverty, you worry about more than am I going to get an A on my report card and am I going to be able to read today, it’s what am I going to have to eat when I get home, I know mom’s working two jobs so I’m going to have to help take care of my brothers and sisters. But here at Atkinson we encircle the child in the community and it’s just one of the first things that was put in place. Atkinson has made a significant jump in test scores on 5 years hope became action, and action lead Atkinson up the charts more quickly than any school in Kentucky has ever improved its test scores, but that’s not the end of the story. Jennifer Strane-Harris has 2 children enrolled at JBA. Any kid can go to college and my husband is now in school and just the investment that UofL has made on other issues has been great because I know they’ve done things in regards to health and they’ve worked on different issues, it makes all the difference, I think it makes it better for everyone in the community. The UofL students that come here they’re very passionate about these kids and they care about them and I think they get it from each other. The kids give to them and then the students give back. Signature Partnership has helped Atkinson become a beacon of hope and UofL is working in other schools too. Like Shawnee and Central high schools, Portland Elementary and Western middle school, spreading that hope and making a difference. The University of Louisville is touching lives but that benefit goes both ways. Students from the school of Nursing provide care to residents in West Louisville routinely. On this day, it’s a health fair at the Neighborhood House in Portland. This area is often an area described as high need, in a lot of ways. We like to see it as an area of great opportunity, because there aren’t a lot of resources here, and once you bring them here the community can really soak it up like a sponge. We’ve been coming here for a little over 5 years. They’ve recognized that this population of Portland and West Louisville often times don’t have the same access to care that the students benefit, but also our population benefits, so it’s really a great partnership. They’ve realized they can really make a difference. One person at a time, one community at a time, one teaching at a time, they can get a great sense of, them doing something about a problem that otherwise may not be addressed. I actually founded the company back in 1992 and believe it not the same stars of ma and pa actually started the company on 35th and Broadway, actually on my back porch. As a small business owner in West Louisville, Milton R. Haskins Jr. had survived the economic roller-coaster of our times. He credits the Signature Partnership Initiative, called the BOWD Program, for helping his company flourish. HDDS does multi-disciplined designs, we build companies, and we offer architectural, structural, civil, transportation, interior design, and space planning design and drafting services. Haskins company is diverse now, but It wasn’t always that way. The BOWD Program, business, opportunity, and workforce development, provided training for personal development, workforce readiness and construction industry orientation. When the BOWD program came along, they helped us out a whole lot because they offered us different projects, I mean different classes, for example, construction management classes, how to build a project, how to put all the bids together, how to actually put a team together. Which as the kind of construction company, this has become a very significant for the growth of the company, and along with the University of Louisville really helped us and we started the company, we actually started out just as a drafting company then we interned to design as we started to incorporate different fields in our company and then at that time the University looked at, okay, now Milton, where are you and where do you want to go? When you have someone like the University of Louisville in the BOWD programs out there, when you’re in the process of growing you look at right now, the University didn’t give me, like, you know, money to do things, but I was paid by knowledge. You can’t pay for that type of information. I mean that’s knowledge that you know you can’t put a price tag on. Enhancing the quality of life for the people of our community, the Signature Partnership Initiative, it’s happening here.
