How to eSign a document: digital signature licitness for Operational Budget in Australia

hello my lovelies and welcome to today's money matters video i am sam and you are joining me as i complete my fortnightly budget breakdown but before we get to the goodness that is budgeting i want to take the time to introduce myself a little i am 25 and currently reside in perth western australia with my partner and little family of fishes i study full-time in accounting and bookkeeping and get paid on a fortnightly basis i love everything to do with budgeting organizing and reading so you'll mostly find me doing these budgets on good old-fashioned pen and paper now on to the best part of this video the budget breakdown so this fortnight i have two incomes in income streams coming in i have my standard fortnightly income of 713.47 and i have two medicare rebates coming in now they are 128 and 40 cents each making it 256 dollars 256 dollars and 80 cents for both of those giving us a grand total of nine hundred and seventy dollars and twenty seven cents for this fortnight now i have both cash envelopes and i also keep some of my funds at the bank because it's generally easier as some of these like these ones here are direct depos direct debited out of my bank account on a regular basis so they live at the bank for me and the rest of these are in cash so given they are 970 dollars and 27 cents is fortnite i'm gonna go ahead and figure out which funds i want to put it into now i don't want to put any into my bills because i actually have a decent buffer in there and i'm not going to put any into my cash emergency savings either all right let's start at the top shall we so for rent i want to put four hundred dollars aside for health i'm going to go 160 my phone expenses at the bank is getting 20 my health insurance at the bank is getting 30 my car insurance at the bank is getting 10. and also at the bank my licensing which covers both my car license and my driver's license is getting 20 alrighty my cash my food envelope which is in cash is getting a hundred and twenty dollars fuel is getting 55 which is should put me into a nice buffer area my car service and maintenance is getting 15. now this one is everything associated with my car that isn't licensing so it could be getting new tyres or having a standard servicing or washer fluid or new wipers or anything of that nature i have a self-care and me fund which is getting it thirty dollars and that one is dedicated that i always try and put a little bit of money into because it's not only really important to ensure that i have enough money to cover my rent and my insurances and my food and my bills but to ensure that i take care of me as well which i'm not that great at but that's what this money is for so hopefully i'll start doing it more often i have i'm putting 15 into my miscellaneous fund and 50 into my home and pets and i'm trying to bump this up because i was a little bit cheeky last week and went shopping and bought some new fishies so i'm trying to bump this one up again my gifts is getting 25 dollars i'm also trying to bump this one up as well because july is the month where i get where i spend the most gifts anyway because most of my family and my friends all of their birthdays are in july and i'm putting 15 into my home deposit okay so now that i've got the amount i want to fill it with i'm going to total all this up and put my total amounts for my cash envelopes my bank bills in here which will then give me how much is left over so for cash i have 400 in my rent account i have 160 for my health fund i'm going 120 in my food 55 in my fuel 15 in my car service maintenance 30 into me 15 my miscellaneous 50 for home and pets 25 for my gifts and 15 for my home deposit which gives me a total of 885 which i will be stopping this week so for my bank bills which is pretty much everything that lives at the bank that isn't my emergency fund i have 20 dollars 30 10 and 20 which gives us 80 that i need to transfer to my bank bills account now if we take my total income and we take away the 885 which is my cash envelopes minus the 80 that i'm going to be transferring to my bank bills i have five dollars and 27 cents left over which means that my emergency savings in my bank is going to get that all right so now i've completed this i figured out how much i'm earning this fortnight and where i want it to go so when i go to do my cash stuffing i actually like to sit down and figure out exactly how many notes are required to ensure that i can stuff all of my envelopes adequately so let's do that now so my rent is getting 400 and that is going to be in 50 notes 50 150 250 354 400 health is 160 so 51 150 160. those for the bank food is getting 120 51 120 55 for fuel which is getting a 50 and a 5. car service and maintenance is 15 self-care is getting 30 which i'll do as a 20 and a 10 miscellaneous is 15 so a 10 and a 5 home and pets is a 50 gifts is getting 25 so a 20 and a 5 and a home deposit is getting 15. so a 10 and a 5. now if we total these up we should get this amount here so let's do that now just to make sure that i've done my calculations right so we go 15 times the 50 gives us 750 in 50 notes 20 by 3 will give us 60 in 20 notes we have 10 by 5 giving us fifty dollars of ten dollar notes and five by five gives us twenty five dollars of five dollar notes now let's add these up make sure we did my calculations correct which gives us the 885 so there we are this is this fortnight's zero-based budget so glad all the numbers worked out correctly thank you so much for joining me and hopefully i will see you lovely people on my next one bye
