[Music] good morning everyone I wanted to share a quick video on how to use for gathering electronic key signatures first thing you want to do is go to comm in the upper right hand corner you're going to click login and you will type your username password the system itself is very simple to use it's pretty much drag-and-drop once you add the names into the system so when you log in you're going to come into a page like this what you want to do is click start now and you can drag and drop your file in or you can do the traditional upload which would be click upload locate the file on your computer and then the next thing you want to do is click Next in the bottom right corner do not click the I'm the only signer item because once you click that you won't be able to add any other parties to e document so click Next now what we're going to do is we're going to add the signers of the document in this case I'm going to add my wife as the parent you will need the email address to each person who's going to sign so now I'm going to add the administrator in this case though Adam miss Chang let's click Brian later as a special ed teacher and we need a general ed teacher the important thing to remember is that you get all of your contacts in if you forget one it is perfectly OK you can switch back and add them later so what we'll do now is we'll click Next and that will bring up the document that you need them to sign first thing that I do is knowing that the parent needs to sign I'm gonna follow through and complete the parents items first Pera needs to get a date so I will switch that if you notice in the right hand right side of the screen every time you drop one of the fields you get to select who completes it so right now I've completed the parents signature a parent date I'm gonna do an initial up here for the parent and now what I'll do is add the administrator we know the administrator was miss Chang we'll add a lot of date we can pick either teacher in this case since this is a test as the general ed or special teacher so general ed we'll make Bryan let's do the day signs as well then we will pick the special ed teacher as mr. Osgood and then we'll add as well if you notice each time you add a person or a field there they are color coded so if you see a mismatch like in this case we have this match to the parents color what would happen is when the parent signs that will complete the date for the special ed teacher since we don't want that we want to make sure all the colors match up since we have everything in that we need but we need an initial here that is for the parent but that can change it to match the parent and we'll hit next again at this point in time we can put for the subject of the email please sign the IEP document electronically or you can type whatever you want you can add an additional message I always click send automatic reminders what that does is if someone has not signed the document within two days in this case it will constantly send a reminder until the document has been signed if we look over here on the right again it tells us all the signature who are the recipients and who participated in the meeting we can hit preview that will open up a screen for us to see the document now let's pretend for a moment that we had the one of the teachers names incorrect we can hit back can go back again let's let's say for example it wasn't Brian who was the general a teacher it was John for Inga what I can do is add my name in here you will put my email address in and hit next again if we notice the color automatically changed where I substituted Brian's my name for Brian's what happens you'll hit next once you hit Send the item will send out an email to each person asking them to sign the document electronically so we'll hit Send really quick you can log in at any point in time and click manage this is the document that we just sent right here so it says here that I still need to sign so it'll walk you through what this looks like I'm gonna click sign really quick what happens for parents as they do this they're going to see something on their screen that's similar whether it be a tablet cell phone or desktop I'm gonna hit continue and I'm gonna click here sign it already had my name and signature right here from another document it puts today's date I'm going to hit finish and that will bring us back to the page and show that I've done my part now if at any point in time you messed up and you need to remove items you just go to click cents click the little caret over here and you can click delete void correct whatever you'd like to do so let's pretend we're gonna correct it we can hit next again go right back in and make changes to any of the signers that we need to do or we can add additional signature or initialling points as needed I hope this answers all of your questions if there's any questions that you do have please feel free to send me an email thank you [Music]
