said let's jump the feasi up in this piece i is that how they say it i i'm just kidding i'm just talking smack all right so uh anyway what is this video about well this particular video is about the revocation of the birth certificate wait what all right pay attention stay with me because we're going to be going kind of quick all right so um the revocation of the birth certificate now i may or may not um sell this file or i may i might even just have it for free i don't know what i'm gonna even do yet um i guess i'll just kind of see how the uh what the interest is generated from it um it is basically an affidavit where you are removing the presumption okay to the powers that be that your birth certificate is your uh that you are it's you and that you are in fact a 14th amendment u.s citizen now we know that when using your birth certificate if you get it authenticated properly on either the local state or federal level um that that uh removes that presumption okay especially every time you use that for identificational purposes all right so i don't know if enough people message me for it then maybe i'll like i said i'll either sell it for cheap or you can just make your own or i'll have it free i don't even know yet um but the only reason why i say that is because when you're authenticated which is basically the same process uh that removes that presumption we know that courtesy of the department of state so i don't know i'll probably just upload it for free at some point in time so if i remember it'll be up by time you guys are seeing this it should be up already i don't know whatever something we'll figure it out so check there first and if not and you really want to hit me and i'll figure out a price or something for it anyway so what the replication is basically you're contacting them and you're letting them know that you want to have those presumptions removed now the individual that uh i have in mind here um something they want some of their stuff private so let me make sure that's uh okay there we go i better not have seen that um so we're going to kind of go through their experience with doing this and some of the presumptions that were rebutted from the state to them and how it was all handled so let's go all right so i edit some of the information here so i john dill to say being a natural born person in the state of um well here we use massachusetts but whatever um a male now living in so and so area of say california the republic now remember there's three levels you got your local level which is for us um non-citizen u.s nationals and american nationals okay state citizens um that is your downtown city hall typically that is the republic that will always have when you're doing a notary the city and then the state or excuse me the state say like uh wisconsin and then it'll say state in small lettering okay then you'll have the state where it'll say state of in wisconsin and then it'll be all in capitals and then you've got wisconsin state okay so those are three different entities your local your state and your federal all doing business over each state so understand which ones you're dealing with all right um to hereby make a special appearance by affidavit in propria persona okay so on the real person preceding sui juris meaning this is coming before me being physically present in your jurisdiction sui is body and juris jurisdiction okay at law okay in common law with um the assistance special neither conferring nor consenting to any foreign jurisdictions except to judicial power of california the republic or america and as such i will willfully enforce all constitutional limitations respectively on all government agencies meaning they are limited all right the constitution was wrote for them to be limited not for us matter of fact the bill of rights uh i think the the tenth one states um that we have the power and if they didn't mention it we have the power that exceeds that okay but they have to abide by what is written they cannot exceed their mandate we can we wrote it doesn't mean we're above the law but it means that if there's something that they're talking about that this pertains to you and they just write something okay we have the right to ignore that okay and their licenses and whatever else okay this is the bill of rights from the constitution so read it for yourself all right wherefore the undersigned affiance named here in and above upon affirmation declares and evidences the following that i am competent to testify to matters herein i have personal knowledge of my status and facts evidence stated herein and further and that all facts stated here are not hearsay but true and correct and admissible as evidence if not rebutted in incomplete and further so here he's talking about the original constitution of the of california the organic act the northwest ordinance act now this is more so for california but each state has them the articles of of confederation which applies to all of us the bill of rights he talks he's basically uh stating this is um where he's operating from and this is where he's getting this information from to make it valid and he's talking about uh on this particular age he was born well that's your age of majority once you hit 18 you are now able to take care of your estates your facts um your nation um some religious uh information uh here this person states i was neither born nor naturalized in the united states uh defined title 26 united states code therefore i am not subject to its foreign jurisdiction under cfr 26 cfr 1.1 dash b 1-1 b c and further um with this so he's right he's also telling them to he's revocating any um power that they may have or anything that's misconstrued that they have over over that particular person is reserving his rights this is an older code so this would need to be updated um and then signing it under uh jurat and with his proper information so pop down here so here he sent it to california state okay um you can also send the same thing to the vital statistics office to be put on record and let's see if we keep going here okay so now the registrar to send it to the registrar which is who hold your your vital statistics typically your birth certificates um for you it might be your state your city county whoever it is or a special office so here um it's kind of they kind of rebutted that and so he's rebutting their information okay so this letter is to inform you that there is no provision under the under massachusetts law to rescind a properly filed birth certificate okay so here um it's kind of going through all the information on how yeah i can basically tell you this is my my perspective this is my truth and that now that i'm adults and i know that this information that applying for the birth certificate this is what it's presumed i'm removing that presumption so they might come back at you with a little jazzy stuff but what we have here is a way to get around that and say hey put this on record we don't care what you believe we we signed that original agreement or no we didn't even sign that original agreement that's the information you have on me and it is not accurate that that was provided for somebody my parents under the assumptions that they were given and so it is a fraudulent uh document and information so here um this next part is kind of resumption removing the presumptions of a commonwealth because commonwealth is a privately owned jurisdiction okay so that's why some of us in the beginning we had those problems and we didn't know what was going on is because you were born in a commonwealth and that is different than a traditional state because it is a state but it's not the state you think it is okay who owns it so um i would read through everything but obviously like i said for those people who want to reach out and get this um like i said i don't know maybe 25 bucks or something like that uh for it um on the site like i said i don't know yet i haven't decided uh it's very new this is why i'm saying it like this is because um until me and this person were exercising this information they showed me what they have um and so we were like okay you know it's something we can roll with so basically we're gonna retool it and you know between me and this person and provide it to you so like i said probably 25 bucks it'll be on the site if you need it but keep in mind that the revocation or excuse me the authentication of the birth certificate does in fact this but if you're one of those people out there like me who want to be extra thorough um you can get a copy of this and then um send it out you'll have to edit it for your information obviously take out what you need blah blah blah you know how it goes you guys have been on my channel before and send it out so that's about it guys uh the revocation of the birth certificate and the assumptions thereof
