How to eSign a document: e-signature legality for Letter of Intent in Mexico

[Music] I'm Thor Clark that was the co-founding CTO at sign now and I'm going to take a couple of minutes and run through a brief demo of our new document groups at technology document groups shows up on the main interface here at sign now and allows senders to send multiple documents to multiple people as part of the same signing process this document can be pulled from templates or from individual contracts they've been uploaded so I'm going to go through here and I'll set up a mutual NDA as a template I'll move through this pretty quickly so I won't demo any of the data validation or anything else just going to show the signing process here so my clients then I'm gonna create a signer for a eternal signer go ahead and save that [Music] so you've got our snap to grid here getting a lot of great feedback on so I've got my signing session set up I'll just put a date here and a date here okay great go ahead and finish that up so my templates now set up and then I've got a contract I uploaded so this could be a scenario where I'm looking to get a contract signed and an MBA and I'll go ahead describe that and for this contract going to go ahead yeah partner and then I'm gonna have it the sales manager I'm gonna set up the same type of configuration and the partner is gonna sign back there and the sales manager is going to sign here and again all the static date field okay right so I've got two documents now I've got one contract in one template and I'm going to go ahead and set up a document group here I've just shown you the interface for the support piece but right now I'm just going to go ahead and create the document group I can see here I've got my contract that I just modified I can see the roles in the number of fields but I'm going to go into templates and I'm gonna select that NDA template as well and you get both of these documents signed by a number of people throughout this process cause acne ko fruit go ahead and create it and then I'm gonna go ahead and set up the invite steps so here I have an option I can see the documents I can go ahead and edit each one of these documents if needed for now I'm just gonna go ahead and set up those ignite steps so the first thing I need to do is get the client to sign the NDA and after that I'm gonna have a partner sign the contract once the client is signed the NDA I connects the CFO to resign to sign it and then once the contracts been signed I can ask the sales manager to sign it so now I've got a process where the client is going to get the NDA first once the client is sign the NDA the partner is going to go ahead and sign the contract and the CFO is gonna get the invite to countersign me the NDA and finally once that contract has been signed the salesman is going to come back and sign the contract and so that'll accomplish getting the NDA signed getting the contract out for signature and then counter signing both of those internally so I'll use just some internal emails from a demo perspective here so that's the whole process one other pretty neat feature is that if I want for example the sales manager to be able to see the contract when it goes out for signature I can put that in here and [Music] and that's going to give the sales manager an indication when that NDA has been signed and when the contract is out for signature so on this step step two the Parker is going to get in to make the sign and the sales manager is just going to get a new only invite on the document that's the whole process so I'm going to go through here and review and send so I can see here all my steps got some pretty neat Advanced Options here so I can go in and say edit the subject I can edit the message I can go ahead and apply that to all the emails in the group and I can also update my expiration here if I want I can also set a next reminder sign in three days I can set a password which I want I'm just gonna go ahead and apply so now these settings have been applied to every invite and I can always go in if I want to and say well I'm gonna get my CFO a little more time to sign this thing so instead of seven days and you're 20 days and I can really go through and fine-tune all of this or I can just step up settings once and then apply to your volumes this looks good I'm gonna now go ahead and send the document group for signing and that's the whole process if I go back to my documents I'm gonna see my acne po group here see my neutral NDA's and been sent out and my mac makeup contract has been sent out and we can see the steps here this is step one step two here there's a couple of those and then step three so I'll go through and I'll do one more very simple demo reconfigure my templates a little bit say this is a document that just says one signer on it so I'll just put a signature field on it [Music] there then I'm gonna go ahead and edit a different contract that I have just for demo purposes I'm gonna add one sign of years so maybe I've got someone I will need them to sign two contracts this is an example of that but I don't have multiple signers and multiple steps so what I'll do here is I'll go into document groups create a document group look for this one here you can see these are grayed out because they're already part of a document grouping process done to my templates like that one I've selected two documents and then all this demo contracts and then I'm gonna go ahead and do a quick invite and a quicker invite is fantastic if you just have a single signer because you can just type in their email address once you can edit this if you want I can set up Advanced Options here I'll just leave these as is and then I send the document for signing so that's a very quick way to get a document group sent out for signature and then you can see here's that document group here's the signer and we're all set so thanks for taking a couple minutes to listen and watch this brief demo and please let us know if we can
