communications with a traditional office setting or enable remote teams to work together since the teams are increasingly spread out across the world and they need an effective way of working together closely thank you for your attention so this is all about the integrations that's what chicago has to offer now rajiv will walk you through the process of integrating zoho sign and zoho checkout so giving the control back to you please stay thank you abhishek for quickly taking us through zoho checkout i am sure it will be a great app for a lot of businesses to use for collecting prompt payments and automating their customer payment cycles now we can finally get into how you can integrate javasign with zoho checkout now consider this use case you have just successfully negotiated a sales deal with a potential client in order to formalize the deal you need to have sales contract signed between you and the client and as soon as the contract is signed you want them to pay a certain percentage of the deal as an advance which is something you have already discussed and agreed upon with the client well using this integration is just perfect for such scenarios as it makes it incredibly easy to collect signatures and payments at the same time in just one flow that takes barely a few clicks and it doesn't just end there it also automatically raises an invoice for the payment and you can digitally sign it and immediately send it out leading to the deal just not being formalized but also half complete isn't that super convenient let's see how it works now do note that to set this integration up and get going there are a couple of prerequisites you must be subscribed to the enterprise plan on xosine and must also have a valid zoho checkout account with a payment gateway integrated and a payment paid setup if you are subscribed to zoho one however you wouldn't need separate licenses for the apps and you would already have access to the highest level of feature in both apps it is simply a matter of setting up the integration from year on but another thing to keep in mind is that the payment gateways listed in your zoho checkout account depend both on your subscription and the region your business operates in now let's understand how this integration basically works you would upload a document on zoho sign as you normally would send it out for signatures after setting up the workflow adding all the recipient details and so on you will eventually get to the document view page where you need to add all the necessary fields for the signers now in this step as you add the sign up fields you also add the payment field which is also assign a field itself once you add the field to the document in the background zosine automatically checks if your zo checkout account has already been configured and integrated with osi if the integration hasn't been done yet you will be asked to set up your zoh checkout account if it has been integrated you would be able to send the document out for signature from here on the signature workflow is initiated and it ends only when all the signatures have signed the document and the sign up for whom the payment field was added has made the payment successfully now allow me to show the first half of this integration in a video where i show you how to basically upload a document setup assign workflow and add the payment field along with other signer fields so as you can see here this is what our zoho sign dashboard looks like here click send for signatures this will bring you to the next step where you can upload the document from your local storage or upload it from one of the integrated cloud service providers and build out the sign workflow or document signature request so zoo sign supports all popular document file types and you can upload up to 40 files in a document signature request once you've uploaded the document if needed you can rename the document too add all your recipients their details and assign a role and language for each recipient you can choose to have the request send the documents to recipients in the order mentioned you can also add the contact details in bulk by clicking the add bulk recipient button along with this you can add and configure other details such as authentication validity reminders and so on once everything is setup click continue and you will be taken to the document viewer window over here you can find the recipient details on the top right panel and the document fields below them click each recipient and you can add the corresponding fields by dragging and dropping the fields onto document where they need to be placed however when you try to add payment field here if you haven't configured and set up your zoho checkout account you will find this pop-up that asks you to configure zoho checkout in this case just you have to click configure once you click configure you will be rewritten to a new tab where you can set up your zoho checkout account now abhishek will take you through a quick demo on how to get started with zoho checkout and setup the payment collection process through the app so i hope i will so once you're in the application you'll be asked in to fill in an onboarding form so where will you collect all your basic business details like your business name business location address and your business type so uh when you are done filling the information uh click on get started so which would take you into the application so this is a home tab so inside the home tab you'll be able to find a checklist so if you follow these simple uh steps in this checklist you'll be able to start accepting payments so it is as simple as that so as you can see the first step here is to set up a payment gateway so if you already have a merchant account in any one of the available payment gateway integrations then well and good uh you can just use those credentials to integrate uh that account with your uh zoho checkout organization or if you don't have an account kindly create one and continue with integration so for the purpose of this demo i've just used my stripe account to connect it with my second organization so since the integration is active we will move on to the next step so as you can see the next next step here is to create a first payment page so over here you will be asked to enter your basic uh details like the payment page title uh the transaction amount where you'll be able to preset the value or you can let your customers decide the payment page just ensure that you are entering the minimum amount you will also be uh asked to select uh the payment frequency which can be one time recurring or you can again you can let your customers decide during the checkout so in case your customers choose recurring you will be asked to set the recurring preferences where we'll be asking details like uh the bidding frequency the billing day and the wheeling duration so once all the essential details are filled in hit save this should create a payment page in the draft status so before marking the payment pages live you can use this preview option to actually view how your customers will view the payment page so once you're ready to start accepting payments click on mark as live so once the payment goes live payment page goes live uh you will be able to share the payment page link with your customers so you can share either side as a direct link or embed it on your website as an iframe or a button moving on to the third step which is to personalize your payment page so you can either use an existing template or create a new template and edit the same so i'm just going to go ahead and edit the default template over here so this is the template customization page where you'll be able to see that the payment page divided into six portions over here you'll be able to edit uh fields like the background image contact details billing address payment information etc so once all the customization is done you can hit save [Music] so this brings us to the next step which is just to start accepting payments so once you start accepting payments my customers all the payments that you receive will fall under the payment step so these are all the sample payments that i've received so if you click on a particular payment you will get a drill down version of the invoice details along with the transaction history moving on to the recurring payments uh so all the recurring profiles that has been created by your customers will be displayed over here so clicking on a recurring payment would give you the customer details the customer's card information and the next billing date also note that the card here is masked and you'll also get the payment history of the recurring payment um as i already told you before uh you'll be able to give discounts to your customers through the coupons tab all you have to do is to create a coupon by entering the coupon name coupon code discount type and the retention type and hit save so once the coupon is created kindly associate the coupon to the payment page and share the discount for your customers so that they can have a discount uh the net revenue tab would give you uh the analysis on the total payments that you have received uh using server checkout organization all you have to do is to select a date range and system would fetch it for you [Music] lost opportunities will give you all the payment failure that has happened associated to your organization so you'll be getting your customer details uh the reason for the failure and also other details pertaining to the failure now let's wrap up this session with the settings module so the organization profile would give you uh the basic details we've already entered during the onboarding process you can invite uh people into your organization to collaborate and work together preferences would let you edit invoice fields and let you add invoice custom fields to your invoices so you can handle recurring payments by setting up schedule preferences using the retry settings you can enable email notifications to send or receive emails based on payment related activities so the whole checkout will allow you to backup your data all you have to do is to click on backup your data and the download link will be sent to your email [Music] so let me quickly uh summarize the features of server checkout so using soho checkout you can receive one off and recreate payments securely through customizable payment basis you can give discounts to your customers initiate refunds within the application and handle recurring payment failures using the running feature so thank you now rajiv will take it from here over to rajiv thank you for the detailed walkthrough abhishek before we go further with the session please note that since the integration deals with payments and therefore involves entering sensitive information i will use screenshots to explain further steps once you are done configuring zoho checkout revisit the document signer request you are setting up in zoho sign and go back to the document viewer tab now a pop-up similar to the one before opens up and asks you to verify that your zoho checkout app has been set up properly if your zoho checkout app has been configured properly you will be allowed to send the document out however in this step there are some important points to be noted so this is what your document your page looks if zoho checkout has been set up and configuration has been verified within josiah you first have to redrag and drop the payment field into the document again choose the recipient that needs to make the payment in case of multiple recipients and select the decide payment page in case you have multiple pages live or active in zoho checkout fill in the amount field with the payment amount that your recipient needs to pay this is mandatory and cannot be left blank also please note that only one payment field can be added per document irrespective of the number of recipients and as of now zoo sign only supports the collection of one-time payments via zoho checkout all right now let's see what the recipient experiences when they are signing the document on their end the recipient receives the document signature request along with the signing link on the email inbox as they normally would when the document is sent to them from zoho sign after they agree to the legal disclosure and the terms of the document they go about filling in all the sign of fields once they finish filling in all the fillable fields they have to click pay and finish which will bring up this popup prompting them to make the payment to finish the signing process here they must click make payment and this redirects them to the payment page you are set up on zoho checkout where they can enter their payment details and complete making the payment once the payment process has been successfully completed you will find the same message as you can see here following which you will be automatically redirected back to zoho sign where your signature completion status on the document is displayed now let's see how you can monitor all these payment transactions and verify their status inside zoho checkout you can visit the payment pages module and you can find all the payment pages that you have created along with the total amounts that have been collected through them individually when you click when you select and click on your desired payment page in this module you can find a detailed list of all the transactions that have taken place through the selected page and the status of each of these transactions and just like how you were able to verify the transaction details that took place via your payment page in zoho checkout you can do the minimal version of the same in zoho sign too to do that just click on the documents tab from the left navigation pane and open the desired document for which you want to check the status of the payment transaction inside the document's detailed view as highlighted here you can find the recipient who did the transaction along with the transaction amount and the payment gateways transaction id the same details can also be found in the signed or computer document certificate of completion which is a supplementary legal document provided by zosine to acknowledge and testify that the signature and payment collection took place and that they were facilitated by zoo sign this can be produced in court along with the signed document to prove the details of the signing if necessary one quick and really convenient thing that needs to be mentioned here is that whenever a payment is collected through zoho checkout an invoice corresponding to that payment will automatically be raised and stored under the payments module in zoho checkout however you'd be glad to know that zoho checkout and zoho books are internally connected and all the invoices from zoho checkout will automatically be synced under the invoices module in your zoho accounts book as you can see on the screen right now also if you have synced your zoho crm invoice module with books through custom functions the same will be reflected in zoho crm with associated contact deal and account additionally if you have set up your zoho books account in such a way that it has also been integrated with zoho sign this allows you to digitally sign the invoice raised from the payment collected by azure checkout and send it out to
