welcome to this our post training video in this video we will review the registered email service combined with electronic signature the feature is e sign off by hand in this example we will compose a message using Microsoft Outlook we can pose a message like we always do we will attach a word document you can send a Word Excel PowerPoint or PDF document and we're going to send it using the our posts and registered button in Outlook in this example we're going to use the e contracting service and the hand sign it's that simple compose attach send register the email comes right into the receivers inbox and the word document is now a PDF the instructions are very clear on how to electronically sign this document says the message was sent to you to electronically sign click here to view and sign the document in your web browser or follow the instructions below so let's get started press click here the document opens up right in the web browser with the instructions number 1 review the agreement number 2 script your name to do that you position the mouse where you'd like to script your signature and then press and hold the mouse button down to draw your name and number 3 of course optional is to add text if requested simply click your mouse where you'd like to type and add text with your keyboard so let's get started first thing you'd like to do is maybe make the date 325 in fact move it around with my mouse to the location of my choice and if I scroll down I can now add my signature to the document using my mouse Mitch Ferraro okay now on my name Mitch Ferraro my pal and of course the date I'm signing the document now done with signing this agreement I press click here when finished like and now I have my final signature in a comment if I'd like my signature Mitch Ferraro and I've completed signing the document after the document has been signed both the sender and the sign and receive the signed agreement email that says I accept the terms a comment if there was one added who was signed by the time and date the IP address of the signer and of course their signature when the document is opened you'll notice a few items first of all the document is digitally signed to maintain its integrity that is the blue bar at the top of the message if we look at below you'll see the date that was inserted by the signer and if we scroll to the bottom you'll also notice the signature name and other information that was put in by The Cider also on the bottom left corner of every page is the time and date stamp and the final contract has an additional page called the signing certificate which has the acceptance language a comment if there was one and who signed it time and date and their final signature for more questions about the registered email service or the e sign off by hand service please contact our post at support at our post com
