How to eSign a document: edit gmail signature html

I don't know about you but we send and receive  a lot of email every single day and one thing I   notice is when somebody's got a really fancy  looking email signature in this video I'm   going to show you how to code your own HTML email  signature and I'm going to show you how to    it on Google Mail as well as Apple Mail I will  warn you it would be good if you know a little   bit of HTML but if you don't don't worry I have  a link in the description with a pre-templated   table for you that hopefully will make it a lot  easier for you to adjust so let's Dive Right In so here we have a basic HTML file and you  can see that we've built it with a table   up at the very top right the first thing here  we have all our styling and this is where we   tell things what colors are going to be the sizes  how much spacing uh things like that and then uh   below that you have your table body and these are  all your table rows you could think of this more   like a spreadsheet uh kind of table situation  where you're going to have rows and columns and   everything lays out as such some of these things  are going to be taller and wider than others and   some will be nice and skinny and laid out really  clean let me show you what that's going to look   like right here so this is my image name title  logo and all the other stuff in there and that's   all outlined here in this code so you can see  we have our images up here and so this image you   could see that it's stored on my domain itself  so these images do need to be stored somewhere   you can't really send them in the email so I  like to put them on my root server and be able   to call them back that way you can also put them  in Dropbox and put a link in there to call it uh   that way as well if you don't have access to root  files of your server or that's just not an option   for you at the time uh and then you're going to  want to open it up in Chrome so if you already   have it set to your code editor you just need to  right click it open with and pick your browser uh   this will display it just like this and then you  can copy and paste it into your signature Fields   so once you open up Google go into your settings  and scroll down to your signature box here   and then just paste it right in there and do  not forget to save your changes at the bottom and then you can see here now we go and  compose a new mail there's your signature   right there uh and it is that simple let me  also show you how to do this in uh Apple Mail and so you're going to want to open  up mail open up your settings do the   same thing we're going to want  to copy and paste it from chrome   so you just select the whole thing copy and then  you go into your mail settings and you'll see   you have a signature block here and you can add a  new signature name it whatever you like of course and just go ahead and paste your signature  in here you'll notice it doesn't look exactly   correct the images in here it's just pulling from  a different server so you know you can't really   see it sometimes sometimes it'll show up and  then you always want to make sure that this is   unchecked they'll always match my default message  font keep that unchecked for this to work but   again trust me it's all there go ahead and save  it close out and you can open up a new message and select your signature and there it is thanks  for watching our video if you found it helpful   please subscribe to our channel for more digital  marketing content and how to's from the experts   at Kodiak stick around check out one of these  other videos and if there's anything else that   you'd like to see us explain demo walk you  through or give an opinion on tell us in   the comments below and we'll do our best to put  together a video to fit your request as Dominic   Toretto once said you could have any beer in  this house as long as it's a Corona [Music]
