hello my beautiful people out there welcome back to my youtube channel so today's video is all about digitally esign how to do a digital signature online so if you are working somewhere if you are going to join any new company nowadays what is happening is everybody is doing work from home so once you get selected to any company you have to upload your documents so to upload the documents you have to do digital signature okay that is mandatory so many of them are facing problem in this so i'm just going to show you this how to digitally e-sign using your mobile pc or laptop i'm showing using my mobile you can do it using your laptop or pc okay just watch the video if you found any difficulty just comment below and let me know okay okay guys let's get started and see how we can do a digital signature online using mobile the similar manner you can do it for laptop also in pc also okay just follow the step from start to end so first open the chrome browser or any browser whichever you want and search for digital e-sign in the digital e-sign and click on enter if you website it will be listing whichever you can use you can use it but i am suggesting you to use designer.com this is the best website which i have found is suitable to do digital signature okay just click on designer.com website it will open up and you can see here the signer website is open here you can see signed documents online free signature service to e-signed documents they have mentioned some steps like how to do it using these websites so they have mentioned some steps if you want you can go through it and you can follow to do the signature if not you can proceed further and see how i am doing using this website okay so these are all the things what they have given step by step instructions how to upload the document and how to edit it everything they have given so i'm just clicking on this assigned document drop a file they have written there so just click on that and select the file where you want to do the signature so this file is open now click somewhere in the screen or tab to sign is present there just click on that this menu will be displayed just click on signature on signature menu is present just click on that one more page will open up here you can see three pages where type draw upload whichever you want you can select but i am selecting draw because i want to draw the signature okay now i am drawing my signature so once it is done just click on sign if you have written wrong you can clear also okay so this is done you can place the signature wherever you want to you can adjust the size based on your requirement so place it and if you want in other page also just click on that sign that signature page will open up and you can place the same thing in all the pages okay once you have placed the signature in all the pages just click on done which is present in the top of the page orange button you can click on that okay it will get saved okay i have clicked that it is saving successfully saved now you have to download the document okay you need to check right whether it is successfully done or not so just click on the download document button it will download the document in the pdf format and it will display here you can see here i have opened that and you can see the signature is already done wherever we have placed it is showing there exactly okay this is a very easy way to do a digital signature online using mobile laptop or your pc okay i hope you found this video helpful and you can now do the digital signature online okay guys that's it for today's video if you found it helpful just click on that like button don't forget to subscribe to my channel and make sure to enable the bell icon to get notified for the latest videos okay if anything is there just let me know in the comment below i am here to help you out okay guys thank you so much for watching bye bye
