How to eSign a document: electronic signature licitness for Advertising Agreement in United Kingdom

hey guys it's Allan pling with the car match and I wanted to give you a quick tutorial about how we send an electronic contract for a seller that wishes to join either option one or option two and keep in mind for either program we use a simple one-page agreement whether it's option one or option two the same document so I'm just going to scroll down and you can see here how to send a car match seller agreement let me zoom in for one moment and the first thing I recommend is to send them an an email prior to sending them the contract just to give them a heads up that it may the contract uh the electronic document may end up in their junk or spam folder and it also alerts them to the fact that it will be coming from right signature.com so I'll click here and we'll just fill this out very briefly and we'll go ahead and submit and let me show you now the email that the client will receive so they'll get this brief email it just uh uh introduces uh the client to what's going to happen that we have sent out a uh an electronic uh signature uh document uh an agreement if you will and as a heads up they can use any major credit card or debit card on the agreement uh and we mentioned to them it's going to be coming from WR signature.com and that if it doesn't arrive shortly to please check their junk or spam folder and it's signed off by the actual consultant uh with the consultant's phone number now let me show you the actual agreement and how to fill it out and then the corresponding email that the client will receive so you can get to our right signature platform or electronic document platform either by going to WR signature.com or through our admin panel just by clicking uh this section here to send an agreement go to or click here okay okay so once you're in a right signature we're just going to go to send a document and we want to go to templates and we're going to pick the car match USA marketing agreement so I'll select that and let me zoom out for a moment if you ever want to check uh to make sure that you're using the right document this is what our marketing and promotion agreement looks like simple onepage agreement either for option one or option two and let me zoom in so these are the various fields that you're going to be filling out and if you just tick this box it's going to combine the duplicated Fields so you don't have to key punch the same information twice and I'll go ahead and fill in all of this today's month is May today is the 12th and it's 2015 client name is Alan peng and it's 2015 we'll say it's a Porsche and number of payments remaining and this is of course all information you've gotten from your client no need to put in dollar signs it's already on the contract and the car match fee is $4.95 when we get down to this section uh you'll put in the client's name and then of course their email address and if you put your name and email here you will get uh a copy of the email that is sent to the client uh and then you'll also get a subsequent email when they view the ACT ual document and then I'm going to come down and I'm going to hit send and that's it now is a point of reference so we all use the same dashboard so if you want want to check and again you're going to get an email uh when the client views it but if you ever wanted to come in here and check to see if your client is viewed the document signed the document or whatever the case may be uh just make sure these are checked this is a pending documents to be signed and completed and you can just put in their first name and this will show you a contract for Allen that we just sent out and it says I have not viewed the document now let me show you the email that the system actually sent over to the client so this is the email that the clients received uh says thank you for your order if you have any issues please contact Mark mccul uh to the client they're going to see that this email came from right signature.com which is why we send that initial email um and they'll see that it was actually sent by our accounting Department from Sharon Guttenberg even though you sent it so to view the document we just going to click on this link and let me Zoom back out and this is what the client will uh will see when they pull it up so the documents have been populated as you can see all of the various fields uh you'll see here it says required so you know we need to put in a credit card number and they can just hit tab on their on their keyboard and go from field to field so each time I complete a set of fields the required tab will continue to move down and let me zoom in so you can see exactly what I'm doing here so once all fields are done you'll see that the uh red indicator on the left hand side that said required is now gone and your client can come down here and they can either sign with their Mouse if they wanted to or sign on a mobile device so we're just going to go ahead and we're going to sign this and once my signature is uh complete and we always tell clients the signature does not need to represent your actual signature but I think in this day and age most people get that but once everything's completed and they hit submit signature the client will automatically be emailed a copy of the contract as will our accounting department and that's it it's that simple now I'm just going to go back to the dashboard and show you that it should now indicate that that pending document for Allen has now been completed and there it is so it's going to actually tell you uh that it was signed on 512 at 6:23 p.m. and you could actually pull that up and if you wanted to pull it up and you wanted to save it to your computer for your your files you're certainly welcome to do so and we would just go to
