How to eSign a document: electronic signature licitness for Junior Employment Offer Letter in Canada

in this video let's talk about the letter of attestation the process and who actually needs that hello everyone this is coach rise and this is Quest Canada back in January ircc implemented a new regulation wherein every study permit application will have to be provided or will have to be submitted together with the letter of attestation the only way you can avoid the letter of attestation is if you will take a m M's degree or a doctoral degree or if you are studying k12 and if you are really uh studying as a dependent to your parents who are already uh granted with a work permit in that in those cases you do not need those but if you will come here on a study permit and you will be taking a postsecondary a post diploma uh certificate or uh a 2-year uh diploma uh program then then you will need to provide a letter of attestation the question now is who provides the letter of attestation and how does the process go each province and each territory within Canada will have to put or establish their letter of attestation process what happens is that the ircc have created a cap or a quota on applications and approval for applications there is a 600,000 over 600,000 uh uh Kota for 2024 and for study permit approval there is 360,000 uh uh Kota for 2024 each province and each territory will be provided with a certain number which is a quota per Province or per area The Province and territory will have to then confirm to the ircc that this uh student can be accommodated by this Pro Province because the application of this student is within the Kota provided to [Music] them so the letter of attestation process and the letter of attestation confirmation is provided by The Province itself it is not provided by the school as I shoot this video in the Atlantic there is no provinces yet that have released their process on the letter of attestation and neither in Alberta Ontario Saskatchewan and Manitoba guys if you think that this video give you a direction somehow on your master's degree Journey please let me know by subscribing to this channel as per ircc it is expected that provinces and territories should release their process on letter of attestation by the 31st of March now this is an expectations guys it doesn't mean that the provinces and territories will have to to absolutely do it on or before that date it is not Sandstone it is just an expectation and therefore if a province is not able to do it or release any process um in time then they can release it even after the 31st of March and this can be a little bit tricky if you are not taking a master's degree and that's the reason why I did a video I published a video wherein I recommended various schools as the best schools that you should definitely look at in terms of your master's degree Journey those are four schools wherein I discussed about the uh linguage proficiency that's one of the parameters why I I believe that those schools are are good options for you because they accept du lingo the tuition is also competitive the tuition uh are between 11 and 177,000 in that video the uh requirement for education is not too too crazy because programs in in in those Master's programs you can finish any four-year degree with uh with your West or with your to and then you are absolutely eligible to apply it's uh it's not restrictive that you should have finished an a specific uh program or degree in order for you to be accepted in those programs and uh those schools are located in provinces that have got PR Pathways for you which I believe is the most important parameter when it comes to your decision of school now I cannot discount the fact that some of you might say well I want to study in Alberta I have a family there I want to study in Saskatchewan there is a a certain uh uh structure that I have in there a community that I have in there and I absolutely understand this if you want to study in those provinces and you are not well aware of the options you have please connect with us that's admin at questan ca.com and give us a little bit of a background on what exactly is your situation what did you finish what are you looking at when it comes to a master's degree what is your budget and from there we are able to give you a little bit more idea on the best possible pathway that you should take in your master's degree [Music] Journey
