used to measure the employee engagement productivity and even well-being in another organization and with that information both parties are able to benefit from both information for example if it's employees they're able to give feedback to the organization you know on their well-being they also feel valued as part of the organization because it's one thing to say employees are my greatest asset but how do they become your greatest asset I mean do you get feedback from them for the employers it goes without saying that you're able to come up with information that can help you raise the engagement levels of the employee and obviously be able to increase productivity and even ensure that the employees have a better experience with you yeah so when or what are the signs that show you that you should conduct an employee satisfaction survey so a lot of times you'll find most companies they make this a regular Affair especially the ones who who've done it and they've seen the benefit of having it so for me if you are watching this video and this is the time you're thinking of having it in place I would say at the beginning do it twice a year so cover the first six months then from there be able to implement some of the feedback you'll have gotten from the employees and then take another six months and then do another one you know to see whether their changes as they employee perception changed and then from there it can be an annual Affair yeah so that's one way of looking at it where you make it regular the other ways India is where you look at has there been changes in the organization let's say you brought together you brought on board a new team so at the January the team were 40 but now they are 65. so at the end you'd wish to say okay what has been the experience of these 25 new staff or even you know in terms of the whole team how are they jetting yeah so that's something so that would be a trigger for you to do an employee satisfaction survey uh another thing is to look at are there external changes that have taken a place that can impact on the staff for example right now what is the burning issue taxes exactly if you're talking about the surveys where if it's employees you can just ask them generally what do you think what do they think about the organization and you can come up with different parameters you can ask them to comment on the leadership style communication salary working conditions Etc you know depending on what you want to focus on there are many areas you know when it comes to work so for 360 Degree you'll find this is more applicable for management and you want as the name suggests for this one for this individual to get feedback from various stakeholders so what do I mean so Cynthia there's a team here you supervise so that team will give feedback you report to me I would also give you feedback you report to other stakeholders let's say suppliers would also ask them how has seen their been Best Western of this world the people who provide us with catering hotels yeah so that's as the name suggests is 360. so it's just not confined to let's say you're a direct boss or the people who direct reports to you but looking at it in the whole someone yeah so anyway this is a service we offer yes then how do we come in to help employers with this yes so for the last over the last five years we've been
