hey there my name is James one of the co-founders of Porton in this video I'm going to share with you how a HubSpot to Google Docs integration can automate your contracts in less than 2 minutes to get started just head on over to the HubSpot Marketplace page and it using the button here when you do that in the deal page on the right hand side you'll see a new card called Porton the next step is to create your first workflow to do that head on into Porton where you can create a workflow which looks something like this in this example we take a hopspot data source then we create a contract from a Google do template and then request it to be signed now if we go into this Google do template we can see why people love portant people love to use portant because it has all the formatting options available in Google Docs right inside portant so you can format the document look exactly the way you want it to and on the right hand side there's a table with all the available properties which you can insert into this document template to insert one of these properties you just click on the copy button insert your cursor in the document and paste it in and as I said you have all the formatting options available so we can just highlight this text and then select it to be inserted as a title now we set up the workflow we can go back to the deal page where on the right hand side we can click this actions button and then run the sales contract template por is going to take all the information from this page run it through that document template and then send back the document details back to HubSpot so if I refresh this page I can see on the right hand side that there is the document link we've also updated the activity feed and a few custom properties too now I mentioned this was a signable document so we also have a custom property which has the signing link which has been sent to request the recipient to sign it so if we scroll down here we can open the signing link where we can review the content in the document we can download it if we want or can scroll to the bottom and add our signature so I'm just going to draw it insert and then agree and then port's going to send this signed copy back to HubSpot it's also going to get saved in your Google Drive and assigned copy is going to be emailed to the recipient too so we can go back here I can open the PDF of the signed copy here which has my signature in it and that's all there is to it if you've got any questions please give me a shout cheers
