hi everyone it's katrina from pcsc again i'm going to show you how to save some time when submitting uh ghost claims through pcse online so if we go to the ophthalmic screen then what you can see here is this button that says claim submission so if you're a contractor or a designated signatory in the practice then this is the button you'll use to submit the goth ones that have been completed by the optometrist or islamic medical practitioners in the practice so we go to claim submission and what we can see here is that we've got three ghost ones awaiting a sign off so we can bring them up and they're listed here so if i as the contractor or the contractors says it needed signature you want to look into the detail of any of these claims then i can open them up quite simply i can select all by ticking the top box and then signing them in bulk click submit now this page will take multiple claims so you may have 10 20 course ones lined up here at the end of the day you may have multiple pages of course ones lined up at the end of the day or the end of the week and it's a simple admin task to get them submitted so all done simply saving as a bit of time um when it comes to practice admin so we no longer um have to worry that paper claims are left in in cupboards waiting for somebody to sign and then we miss the cutoff dates and all of that stuff then you'll be able to monitor your claims um through the search function look to the go submission button to see what's waiting to be signed off get them signed get that payment in the next payment run no problem if you have any other scenarios that you want to see some video um help for pcse online when it comes to course claims then just put that in the comments below
