hi my name is Emily Esther and I'm a client service representative here at Stephens Wealth Management Group I wanted to make a quick video to help you guys learn a signature or as we sometimes call it this is a platform that allows us to send forms to your email and be signed virtually rather than waiting for forms to come back and forth through the regular mail which obviously can be a lot more time-consuming and I hope this video can help you if you're having any troubles or if you're new to this platform these are the rest of the client service representatives here at Stephens wealth management group and some little BIOS about us if you do get a signature or forms odds are they will probably come from one of us and if you do have questions while you're trying this process out feel free to give any one of us a call and we will be more than happy to help this is how the eSignature forms will look when they come in to your email and if you are having any trouble finding these forms in a timely manner and you know that you're waiting for one from us it's possible that it went into your spam folder so you might want to check that we've had this happen to clients before and please note that these aren't coming directly from our emails at Stephens wealth management that these are generated through the platform so it's not going to be just from our email address and then it will show you which client service representative sent it to you right there as well and when you open the email it will look a little something like this you'll be able to see at the top if you're having any security concerns that this document is from raymond-james and us and then you can click the yellow view documents button which will open another tab and take you to the application and like I said here you see that the application opened a new web browser tab and it rerouted you to the application this tab right here is just asking you to verify your information and asking if what is listed there is your correct phone number if this is not the correct phone number please reach out to us at the office and we can resend it using the correct phone number if it is the correct one let's send SMS yellow button at the bottom and a code will be texted to your phone through text message if you do not have a cell phone or the number you selected was a landline this application will unfortunately not work as you will be unable to get the code if that's an issue again please give us a call and we'll be able to work through that as well this next screen you see is just asking for you to simply put the code in this box that was texted to you and then click the yellow confirm code button the text should come in pre instantaneously so if it hasn't come in yet there might be an issue and here is an example of what the code might look like on your phone it'll just come in from a random number and then you can copy and paste that code directly into the box and press the confirm code button you will now be taken to the document please review the terms and services at the top of the screen and then click the box that you agree if it prompts you to do so then click the yellow continue button and carefully look over the form to make sure all information that has been prefilled is correct if you do find an error be sure to let us know so we can correct it and send you a new document we will then void the document with the incorrect information and at any point along the way if we do have to void a document just you know you will get an email telling you that it's been voided and you'll get another email with the correct form instead once you've reviewed the form for accuracy you can click the yellow start button in the upper left hand side and it will take you to the bottom part of the document where your signature is required in order to sign the document you will simply press this little sign icon and it will pop up a couple options to create your signature if you have not yet done so if you've already used this application before then the signature should pre-fill automatically and should be safe through the application at this step you can either choose to draw out your signature or to select a preset style either way works just fine but if you'd like it to look more like your signature you might think about drawing it out under this tab you can see select signature is highlighted and it'll allow you to choose a font and pick whatever signature I think looks best if you would prefer to draw the signature out you can select the little draw icon right there and it'll turn blue and pop you to this page and here you can see that I've drawn in mr. tests signature in the little box you can just use your mouse or your finger if you're doing this on a smartphone and just draw your signature to the best of your ability it's okay if it doesn't look exactly right and then press the adopt inside button on the bottom if you're satisfied with how it looks or like I said before if you're satisfied with just picking a certain font and making it a computer-generated signature you can go ahead and select style the little style icon to the left that'll turn blue and then you can scroll through the different presets and make your signature that way as well this is what you choose to do so you'll pick one and then click adopt in sign same as before if there are more signatures than just the one you'll see the signature icon on other places of the document and you might have to keep pressing the next button to make sure you reach all of them and now that you've set your signature you should just be able to click the sign icon and it will automatically sign in the places that you need to once all the fields are filled with your signature you can press the finish button at the bottom of the page you'll know you've been successful if you get this little pop up after pressing finish that tells you you're all done signing and there's nothing else you have to do you could just press continue and close out of the browser and know that the documents automatically get sent back to us and we get a little email notification telling us that you've completed them if someone else does have to sign the document as well such as your spouse that will automatically get sent to them and they'll have to go through this process too but like I said it will automatically come back to us and there's nothing else you have to do beyond this point if you do have any question at all on any step of this process you can
