Hi it's Anano from Formaloo. In this tutorial I will explain how to  create an employee satisfaction survey. I will walk you through the  steps to create an informative   and effective survey to help your business grow! To create your survey from scratch,  first, we need to go to the dashboard. Then we click "blank formal"  and choose "blank form". Here we can start customizing our own survey. You can start by naming the document,   adding the description, your logo,  and maybe even a cover picture too. By clicking on "add field", you get to choose  our variety of questions and other functions - such as adding date and time, email  verification caption, and so on. SCAT field can help build trust  and credibility with your audience.   It allows customers to express their  satisfaction levels with just a click,   making it easy for them to provide quick feedback. Feel free to change the icons in this field. Multi-choice field simplifies surveys,   allowing the survey takers to easily  provide accurate and consistent answers. Answer options can be added  by clicking on "add option". Adding a 0-10 score field  makes giving feedback easier,   helping people quickly rate and share their  thoughts in a simple and efficient way. The maximum score can be adjusted to your liking. You can define the meaning of  minimum and maximum scores by   adding text in the "minimum  or maximum message" fields. By clicking on "add field"  you can also add a new page. Removing a question is easy - just click on the  trash icon and then click on delete to confirm it. At any time, while creating the survey,  you can preview it by clicking on "view". You can always come back to the form to adjust it. Personalizing the survey is easy. You can simply   choose color schemes that align with  your brand identity or preferences. You can either select unique colors for different   areas or just choose from  one of our default themes. At Formaloo we know that it is important  to stay informed while getting responses,   that's why we added an option to send  an alert whenever a survey is submitted. By turning on "notify respondents", you can  add the email where you'd like to be notified.   If you want your team members to be notified with  you, you can add their emails to the other field.
