you will see what cognizant has sent mail to the employees and we will show you the termination letter also and I will be telling you some important points which you have to keep in your mind because so many people have done some mistakes for that they have got termination so I will be telling you some tips how to avoid the termination guys take this video as an awareness video spend some 5 to 7 minutes time and share this video to everyone because so many people are doing some mistakes and they are getting termination so just I in this video I will be telling how you can avoid the termination and still some of the points you will be having in your mind that also we have covered in this video in FAQs so watch the video till the end so that you don't miss any important employee who are in bench he got the termination letter so termination letter will look like like this show cost notice period 3rd May 2024 so in this month only he has got this letter of termination your response to show cost notice period is 3rd May 2024 personal hearing date is 9 May 2024 subject termination order of employment with Cognizant Technology solution India private unlimited cognizant so guys so one of the employee uh who has completed one or two years uh in cognizant and he got released from from the project and he was in bench for 60 days more than 60 days so after that he got one uh mail from HR that uh you will get terminated if you don't get the project so in my next slide I will be showing you what he has got in the mail so what they are expecting guys try to watch this video till the end you will understand everything still if you got any doubt please comment in the comment box I will try to answer your doubt so as you can see you have been allocated to the associate deploy Deployable pool since 4th March 2024 so he got released from project on 4th March so from that time he he is in bench during this period you have been provided adequate opportunities to find a suitable project with cognizant however you were unable to secure an allocation into any of the existing project for a significant period of time so he has got some opportunities to get into a project but still he didn't allocate to any project in spite of the internal deployment efforts and assistant provided by cognizant TCS team by providing sufficient opportunity your skill and competency level did not match the criteria as required to clear the selection process of opportunities available in the project within the organization so this is also one of the reason people are getting calls from project and cognizant also helping to get into the project but skills are not getting matched due to that they are not hiring so still I will tell you in our FAQs how you can get into a project some tips I will give you so watch the video till the end hence it is noticed that you have been unable to secure a project since 4th March 2024 till date and there has been no reasonable cost or Progressive interest exhibited for getting place in suitable project so what they are telling so that you don't have interest to get into a project from past 2 months so that's why you didn't got into a project so the above Act only reflects your disinterest in not getting placed in suitable Project without any reasonable cost that's what they are telling that you don't have any interest in the project that's why you are not even trying to search the project so this employee got another 7 Days time so within 7 Days time if you get into a project we will continue or otherwise we have to resign or we will terminate so in our next slide I will tell you how you can uh avoid the termination so guys watch the video till the end and if you have not the freshers have been commented in our comment box that if we don't get a project will uh we get terminated or not so freshes before uh cognizant was giving 18 months of time till that you have to get into a project but now from last year cognizant has started termination mail within the probation period so in the probation period if your performance is not good you will get rejected so one year time only you have fresh for freshes only I'm telling only one year time uh you have so we have made a detailed video on this cognizant termination mail within probation period so link will be provided in the description you can watch that video so our experienced employees so this is the most most important thing so when you have uh onboarded to the cognizant then you might got a project for one year or 2 year or one and a half year after that you you will get release and you need to search the project so this is called The Experience employees so if you are in cognizant and you have if you have got a project and if you have worked for one year or two years after that you got released so these people are getting this type of uh mails so I think the first point is clear now still if you have any doubt you can asking me ask me in the comment box how many days we can be in bench or how many days are safe in bench so guys before cognizant were waiting for 3 months 90 days but now 60 days so after 60 days aging period will start so HR will send a mail that so within 7 days if you don't get then uh you will get terminated like that so before 60 days only you have to get into a project and guys it's not like uh you have to get into a project and you need to start the project at least you all know that there in our 1C portal in my assignment you can see my assignment current assignment so you have to get that project ID at least by sending the project ID you can avoid the termination so once when I discuss how to avoid termination I will tell this point so watch the video till the end so I think you all got uh Clarity so 60 days are the maximum days you can be in the bench those who are experienced employees I think all doubt are clear now do we need to be Bill label in project to avoid termination so this is also very important uh question many people were asking we need to be Bill label if I am a non billel in Project whether I will get this mail or not no as of now no one has got termination uh mail from HR that due to non-billable you will get termin ated like that if you are in Project it is enough but try to get billable as early as possible so now it's not there but in future you might get so that's why try to become billable as early as possible so speak to your project manager so get early as soon as possible so I think this doubt is also clear now if we are in project but there is no work we I get terminated yeah many of the people have already got project but what not started only training is started still you won't get terminated because you are in project that is their problem that they don't have work so they will be giving you some KT session and they will be telling you to upskill yourself by doing Udi courses and all but you are in project so you are safe you are not in bench so if you are in bench means you don't have any work and you don't have uh any project in current assignment you will be in Deployable pool means then you are uh you need to afraid but if you are in project and you have a project ID then uh no worries I think this doubt also clear now so guys someone has not subscribed our Channel yet please silly reasons I will tell you when I will be telling how to avoid uh termination I think you all clear now do they pay notice period salary yes they are paying that uh notice period salary so as you all know that in cogniz we have 90 days uh notice period so if you won't get terminated before termination if you if you resign then you will get this 90 days uh salary and what and all leaves are remaining that also you will get so in my next point I will tell you clearly how you will get this uh notice period salary and all so how to avoid termination this is very important thing guys termination thing shouldn't happen this is a beginning stage of our career 2 years 3 years termination will create a negative impact because if you go to other company also so they will ask you uh oh you got terminated so it will create some negative impact on you so if they are asking uh that to resign resign it because you don't have Choice guys one of the employee uh he was having some issues that he want to pay the loan emis and all but due to that he didn't resign he got uh warning from HR if you don't resign we will terminate you like that but because of his problem he didn't uh resign it so at last he got a termination mail only so what he did so he lost that notice Spirit salary also 90 days salary also he lost and he got the termination letter also so guys don't do this mistake so if you do this mistake you will get uh negative impact on your career so if they're asking to resign resign it if you didn't got a project and one more thing so many people are getting uh doing the mistake so uh if they have a particular skill on the particular domain they are thinking that I I want to work in this particular project only I want to work in this particular role only so now guys tough time is going on if you get any job whether it is you need to enter the data in Excel sheet also accept it because to get into a project to get into a work that is important who wants that uh we need to get terminated because of these things and all so first work for some 6 to seven months after that you upskill yourself and when things go goes normally then try to get release from a project and then go to your uh what skills you have go to that project but now accept everything what the cognizant are giving any project accept and and guys one more tip if you are getting a long-term project like 5 years six year means blindly accept this that is a very good Advantage for you you won't get uh any problem of termination layoff and all those who are getting one year project two years project they need to worry little bit because after that you need to search and all so once project end date is near try to upscale yourself if you upskill yourself then Aram say you can get into another project so many of the people got opportunities but why they didn't got selected in project but because they don't have the skills skills are not matching that's why they didn't got selected so upskill yourself and accept all the projects whatever whatever project it is accept it so that is the point I want to tell if someone want to tell any other point they can comment in the in a meeting or they will call you to come to office to meet so attend that meeting so one of the employee he didn't attend that meeting also so so he he thought that hro he's not giving response and
