hey hello guys so guys today i am going to show you uh how to create a signature in desktop client and outlook 365 online if you are in the organization or any of the company you are working so how can you create the signature with your position with your mobile number with your world company website so let's start so the first i will show you how can you create the signature on office 365 outlook 365. so here this is my account and here you see in the right top corner setting you will click on it and the last one you all outlook setting you will click on it and here make sure you are on the mail and compose and reply here you will click on new signature you will write your name what name you use okay here you can write this uh your name your designation suppose [Music] i wrote for the teacher and you can make it yeah here you can make it bold italic underline you can change the size you can change the uh which type of font you want you can make it italic so everything will be same and here when you will come down here you have to write your name for new messages or when you are replying someone or forward someone if you want to show in bcc so you can see this and choose whatever you want okay and then you will click on save so i'm not saving because i have already one signature so okay so when you will go to new your signature will appear here and you can send the message to anyone so it will go with your signature okay guys this is for outlook 365 if you are using online account now we comes on desktop client so this is my desktop client and how i will create the signature here once i will click on file and click on options here you will find the mail and here signature so you want to create the new signature click on new here you have to type your name okay now here whatever you want to paste um you want your name your position this one i make italic also you can change the style you can change middle or alignment or whatever you want and click ok then ok so when you will send the email to anyone so your signature will appear here so thank you guys i hope you like this video and if you need to ask any question and inquiry you can type in the comment box if you did not subscribe my channel so please subscribe my channel thank you for watching take care bye
