[Music] what's going on awesome agents this is your market center tech trainer jacob seeley and i'm going to show you how to add a text box to a document that did not originate in so as you can see down here on in my room i've got a red personal property agreement bill of sale and it could be anything it could be a confirmation of agency it could be a compensation agreement whatever if it comes from the outside of and you bring it in it's going to show up as red so there's a special thing that you need to do to add document or add a text box to it so i'm going to right click this and i'm going to create envelope also if you have multiples you can select you know those multiple documents by clicking the check boxes and then create envelope and it will push all of them into the envelope so i'm going to do everything like i normally do i'm going to select recipients notice i cannot choose pre-tagged roles because it is not a blue form so i'm going to choose room participants i'm going to get three people and i'm going to add selected that looks great that looks great next so notice any tool that i use in this part of is going to be color coordinated and basically that means that only the person who is that color will be able to see it so like when you send something with normal signatures people don't see everyone else's signature box they just see their own so if you were to throw a text box a yellow text box in only uh jacob would see that so the other people would not see it and so that poses a problem especially if you have a high detail client and it looks like the form is not filled out all the way so what you'll do is you'll go down to pre-fill tools and you'll get these gray fields these gray ones are able to be viewed by everyone so i'll throw my text box in in this case and i'll need to size it and i can copy and paste it and move it around like that as i need to and i fill that in and then everyone is going to be able to see this and then i can always go back and go ahead and add my signatures and date sign boxes in and i can again cop control c control v and if i need to change shoes that's assigned to so that's how you can do it it's really easy to get those gray boxes again you just bring it all the way into the envelope get it ready just like you would for signatures and then click pre-fill tools and all of these gray items are going to be visible to everyone that's receiving the document so i hope that was helpful if you've got any questions let me know and have a great day
