hi and welcome to thrive's video learning Series today we will be discussing signing a document as a business first in the left hand navigation select documents then select signatures if you have anything to sign you will have a notification next to where it says business signatures click it and locate the document that you would like to sign to proceed simply click sign this will bring you to your document to begin signing click get started this will take you to the first item that the document needs you to act on for this document that's an initial simply click to begin the process you'll notice there are three different ways that you can initial or sign a document when prompted you can draw it in you can use the keyboard or you can upload a picture I'm going to select the keyboard now you'll notice there are two options these two options insert and insert everywhere are available because there are multiple places where you can insert your initials in this document if you would like to save time you can select insert everywhere to fill in that field wherever it may appear select next to be brought to the next field requiring your attention once more click the field in order to fill it in select insert to submit the field once you have inserted all Fields simply click continue to move forward you will then be prompted to agree to the eSignature terms of service select I agree and this will submit your document click close And you're all done have additional questions or would like more help navigate to the support center in the bottom left here you will find walkthrough guides video tutorials and helpful articles in the knowledge Center you can also click on contact us we are available 24 7 via live chat or you can call the support number you can also schedule an appointment with one of our service specialists
